A friend and I went to the Greenville, SC store to look for tile. We've found the selection and price are both worth the drive from NC. A store associate, Jason, stopped to ask if we needed help. We told him that my friend recently had shoulder surgery and shouldn't lift the heavy tiles. Not only did Jason load the tiles onto our cart, but he scanned my items before we got to the register (so the cashier just needed to look it up, and it was ready for me to purchase). He then proceeded to load everything onto the truck bed. Thank you, Jason! Your help was definitely appreciated! Wanted to replace out counter tops and found countertops we liked and we just needed someone to install. Floor and decor referred us to a contractor who ended up trying to scam us for $4000. After contacting them several times the only response we got was well that sucks nothing we can do about it. If you see the company reply to these reviews it's nothing more than them trying to make it look like they care. I have already contacted them after leaving a bad review and they just told me the same exact thing. Nothing we can do. They are sending scammers to peoples houses and there is nothing they can do about it. There is a reason they have 1 star and an F rating on BBB. read more

Walking in 1st time, was quickly welcomed and oriented to location of luxury tiles. Very nice. Then associates Nicki and her husband gave additional help and because of it, we made purchases that day of floor tiles and a vanity top. Walking in 2nd time, could tell there weren't as many employees on board that day, which I understand happens. In reality, people call out. But we had a positive experience anyway because after we'd looked for awhile on our own, then appeared Krystian Brownell. She asked if she could help, gave excellent, knowledgeable advice, was not pushy, was infinitely patient. As she is a young designer at Floor & Decor, it was great to have her fresh input. I can't thank her enough for being a "rescue angel." We made our purchases and were encouraged to get back in touch about the order as needed. In this big box world of dismal customer service, Krystian's presence made a difference. read more

My husband sent me in to pick up a specific type of tile & I had never been in this store! One of the employees, Gianna, was incredibly helpful and made sure we had the exact amount of pieces we needed. I would have been lost without her! Horrible, Awful, NEVER Going Back!!!!! Had previously gotten marble tile and had a good experience. So we returned to order unfinished hardwood flooring. We were told that it would be 2 weeks maybe 4 at the outside. SEVERAL promised delivery dates passed, and NEVER were we contacted by F&D about the change in dates. When the final date arrived we were assured that it would be in that day or perhaps the next. AFTER 4 DAYS of calling them, they NEVER CALLED US, we were told that they could not find the order, and it would be another 10 days. Delays, and supply chain issues I can understand, the complete lack of customer care is UNACCEPTABLE. If you can go in the store and get what you need, and they have all you need in stock, they are ok, if you have to order ANYTHING, RUN AWAY.... read more

I am new to the area and had heard good things about Floor and Decor...the first time I went in, I was immediately greeted by Amanda, one of the in house designers. She was kind, friendly, patient and took the time to explain all about the product selections, installation, the delivery process and even looked at other stores for a brick that we couldn't find in stock. She went above and beyond to make our visit incredible. I just came back again to purchase more tile and will drive to her store just to interact with her since I know she will help me with all of my needs. read more

Terrible attitude from a lady who didn't introduce herself. A employee said she was the manager. I think she needs a snickers!

we went and spent several hours at Floor and Decor in Greenville. Then when we got our tiles they had it shrink wrapped and loaded in our truck. The workers were in hurry to load it up. There wasn't any other clients there that were picking up. We left not even mile down the road all the tiles come out of the truck. Luckily, there was a tow truck behind us that stopped the traffic and we had two others that stopped and got out of there cars to help pick up our expensive tiles. They were a blessing. We went back to Floor and Decor the manager came out with her attitude and said we aren't responsible. She never asked our side of the story or let me look at your tiles. She just gave us a look like not my problem. I don't know what happened to customer service anymore. My husband looked at her and said I just need to replace these can you see if you have more. She said I don'T think we have anymore of those. But you can go look! said well can you check? Then, she came back with 13 more. And we spent $136.00 more dollars. She never said thank you, or nothing. If I didn't need all this I would have said forget it and give me my money back. I will never buy from there again.
