We were bate…read moregreeted....when we asked if someone could show us a particular line of appliance....we were told directions to check them out ourselves. Without anyone to answer a few simple questions, we left. This "help" caused us to drive to Jeff Lynch. There we were helped kindly by a knowledgable associate. Ended up ordering high end appliances there (range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, beverage fridge, washer/dryer). We spent over $30,000. Thanks Ferguson for not helping us. It took us less than 45 minutes at Jeff Lynch to answer our questions and place the order.

Unbelievable, yet true. This company just lost another customer.

Our first visit here was mid-day on December 23rd and although there were 4-5 employee's that we…read moresaw sitting at their desks, and we were the ONLY customers in the showroom, we were not acknowledged except by the front of store receptionist. It was very much like the employee's resented working on the eve before Christmas Eve and had suddenly unionized and formed a protest. The showroom itself has a wide variety of styles and price ranges for tubs, faucets, kitchens, etc. It is really helpful to get the visual. My wife returned after the holidays to look at the selection again and was very pleased with the help of Kaylee our sales agent. She was so pleased that she spent $2,600. Maybe I should have gone too? And, we learned that our style is "new traditional." How about that!? What is nice is that we got a print out of all the bathroom fixtures, faucets, towel racks, etc. that we purchased so we could show our re-modeler contractor. So I guess this turned into a good experience for everyone but the guy paying the bill and writing this review! But it will be a nice master bathroom.

A LITTLE TOO BASIC!…read more This warehouse is quite large and it has everything from toilets and cabinets to flooring and doors. We primarily wanted to stop to see what they offered in kitchen cabinetry. Although much of what they carry is builder basic, you can upgrade to really nice wood cabinets. You can send them your space measurements and they will assist you with the lay out. The employees were very helpful with information and helping us to get the layout of the warehouse. While I liked some of the high quality cabinets they carried, I don't know if it would be worth a two hour drive from Georgia. I think that I would prefer to just find a source closer to home just for the sake of convenience. However, if you reside in Greenville, this could be a great option for you. In addition to furniture, fixtures and accessories, (pull out inserts for drawers), they also had stones for a backsplash and area rugs. If you are looking for basic products for a rental or if you are just cheap, this is the place for you. This would not be a good option if you are looking for higher quality options.

I mean seriously, in today's scheme of things it nearly impossible to get any attention at all from any employee of a store. Floor and Decor, Greenville, SC is the absolute exception to that trend. The first associate we came into contact was Selena and boy were we happy to have run into her first thing. Talk about friendly, knowledgeable, professional and engaging that was her from start to finish. She truly sets the standard for what an associate at any store should strive for. Having said that about Selena, I can't neglect the next person that exhibited the same traits. Emily was in the middle of taking care of store duties when we ran across her. She stopped what she was doing and answered all of our questions, showed us where different tile patterns were and what tile might work best for us. Then there was one of the managers, Jarrett. He could not have been more helpful in taking care of a few issues for us, absolutely kudos to him as well. You just don't find stores like this anymore, not ones where friendliness, knowledgeability and professionalism are systemic from top to bottom. Floor and Decor sets the standard other stores should strive for. I'm a fan!!!!!!!
