We had one relatively large project, which was removal of a large portion of the wall between the kitchen and family room. This was completed flawlessly. Of course, we kept finding small projects for them to do "while you are here". Most contractors find this annoying. Ron went with the flow. Rather than lose focus on the primary project, Ron agreed to have one of the guys come out and work through the small stuff on a different day. In the process, I wrote down the visit for the wrong day on my calendar. Rather than saying I had the date wrong, Ron came out to our house and checked in with us to make sure we were ok. When I asked him why he came out to check with us on the date i had mistakenly written on my calendar, he just said he wanted to make sure we were satisfied. This is actually the second time I used the Specialty Handyman Service to have a mess at my house fixed professionally!! I needed drywall repair. The texture that was applied to the ceilings during construction of this house. Over time the texture started to release and some of it fell. I tried to repair this myself but had no luck. I'm not permitted to use ladders anymore since I have the tendency to fall off. That's why I called the Handyman. He fixed all my texture that was falling. He also inspected the rest of my ceiling to check for any cracking so he could prevent another collapse. I have to tell you; this outfit is top notch. This is the second time I have used their services as I needed some lower limbs trimmed on two trees that were touching the house and power lines. I sent the requested pictures of the trees to be trimmed over the weekend and they were here the next Tuesday.
