First attempt for delivery (3rd overall) for side piece reschedule to due short on hours. Next attempt we had hours mixed up and on one was here, so on us. Last attempt the piece came damaged. I notified havertys and they sent someone out to touch it up and removed delivery fee. Was not happy with how it looked so they sent a replacement out and this also was slightly damaged. We decided to keep it as we just wanted our furniture. They gave us a $100 credit for the issues, but overall not happy and will not buy from here again. This may be better quality, but service at Rooms 2 Go has always been great and expected the same from Haverty's.

I mean seriously, in today's scheme of things it nearly impossible to get any attention at all from any employee of a store. Floor and Decor, Greenville, SC is the absolute exception to that trend. The first associate we came into contact was Selena and boy were we happy to have run into her first thing. Talk about friendly, knowledgeable, professional and engaging that was her from start to finish. She truly sets the standard for what an associate at any store should strive for. Having said that about Selena, I can't neglect the next person that exhibited the same traits. Emily was in the middle of taking care of store duties when we ran across her. She stopped what she was doing and answered all of our questions, showed us where different tile patterns were and what tile might work best for us. Then there was one of the managers, Jarrett. He could not have been more helpful in taking care of a few issues for us, absolutely kudos to him as well. You just don't find stores like this anymore, not ones where friendliness, knowledgeability and professionalism are systemic from top to bottom. Also, if you download the Kirkland's spin to win app then you can spin and get a percentage off of your total. They also offer a good rewards system for customers. When you spend $300 or have 300 points(1 point equals $1) then you will receive $10. To top it off they always have great sales regardless, so you will be saving a significant amount.
