DOV: Tues., Mar. 27@ 12:10pm…read more This is the new John Deere dealership in town (opened Jan 2017) so they are still bright and shiny. I bought my mower from them last spring soon after they opened their doors and have been pleased with it so far. I was replacing an old John Deere that I had used for 20 years so I am a fan. I have found the salespeople to be very knowledgeable and helpful without the unwelcome element of pressure to buy or make a decision - a refreshing change from so many other sales experiences. The purpose of my visit today was to get a new air filter for my mower. The guy at the parts desk had a hard time locating it but he was persistent and finally found it. He was courteous and apologetic for taking so long but it was really no big deal at all. I appreciated his perseverance. Everything about this place is clean, bright, and John Deere green. Everyone is eager to help you and they seem genuinely interested in you having a positive experience at their store. I would have given this JD 5-stars but for one thing...they are really pricey with their parts and accessories. The air filter was fairly reasonable at around $12, but things like oil or belts are priced as if they were endangered or something. You definitely pay for the John Deere name. I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a John Deere mower (any size/shape), a Honda push mower, a pull-behind trailer, or Stihl power equipment. Great brands and great people to learn from.

After a nightmare scenario with another AG pro on some warranty work, I decided to explore my…read moreoptions for getting another tractor. My experience with this Ag pro who recently moved to a new location was nothing short of great. "Wes" John Schwiers was the salesman who assisted me throughout the process. While he has only been working there for 2 months and didn't have the answers to all my questions, he promptly tracked down those answers and provided the kind of customer service one would expect from the company, which helped build this country. This was not exactly your typical salesman experience where they shove their "best" deal in your face. We worked through what my "need" was, and I was provided options to make the best decision for myself and our farm. This is the kind of service I expect from a company like Ag Pro/ John Deere. Highly recommend this Ag Pro in Anderson, SC, noting that not all Ag Pros provide this level of customer service.

I purchased two generators and then tried to return them to the store after finding another…read moreproduct. Upon attempting to return the items, I was told they had to be returned to the store within 48 hours. When I called Lowes customer service after leaving the store, I was told that I had 30 days to return if the items were unopened and factory sealed, which mine were. I then went to the Clemson store by my house and was also told they would not return the items due to the 48-hour policy. A couple of days later, I called another customer service representative to confirm my ability to return the items and they confirmed, so I went back to the Clemson store, and was again told they would not return them. When I showed them an image of their return policy, I was accused of creating a fake AI image. I asked them to call customer service and confirm the policy or look it up online, but they refused. Today 2/14, after no calls from Lowes I called again and was told yes, I had 30 days to return the items. After several holds, I was then told the stores had the ability to set their own policy, so there was nothing they could do. I don't understand how a company can have a policy posted online and then refuse to honor that policy. Moreover, there is no confirmation of the policy when purchasing the items. How is the consumer supposed to know what the policy is if it is going to not be consistently enforced? It's clear Lowes created this temporary policy due to the storm event and misled not only me, but many other customers. Be very careful when buying any large items from Lowes because the stores clearly have the ability to ignore the company's posted online policies.

Do NOT use this printing service. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!…read more I've worked in the printing business for 15+ years, and this was the worst service I've ever experienced. I ordered 200 copies of an 8-page self-cover memorial program (full color, double-sided, folded and saddle-stitched) for a Saturday pickup before a Sunday funeral service. The Problems: Unclear Quotes & Shifting Terms: The manager quoted me on two different paper options he said he "couldn't do"--yet gave the same price for both. When I questioned why the paper choice didn't affect pricing, he offered a third option at $70 less, but tacked on a 25% expedited fee since he "might not make Saturday." Worthless Invoice: The printed invoice had no order details--no paper type, weight, bleed specifications, or mention of the expedited charge. When I pointed out the errors, he refused to reprint it, claiming what was "in the computer" was all that mattered. This lack of documentation created serious problems later. Wrong Order Delivered: When I called Saturday at noon (no call from them), staff couldn't even find the order--it was filed under a different name. When I picked up the obituaries, they weren't full bleed and weren't cover weight as originally ordered. The manager had completed the work Thursday afternoon but never called to confirm the changes. Poor Customer Service: The manager was arrogant and dismissive, even rude to other customers. He flashed his manager's badge as if that excused his behavior. Only the second manager who helped at pickup showed professionalism and genuine apology--but without proper documentation, he couldn't even verify what had been ordered versus delivered. This added significant stress to an already difficult time. Don't make my mistake. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!
