When the bill came, it looked as though both charges were still there, so I called to ask why. This time, my charges were calculated differently. Now it was essentially $150 labor, $150 travel, and $50 fuel surcharge, totaling $350. That means they charged me $200 to drive 15 miles. Even if they came and returned from the same headquarters-- 30 miles away-- that's high, and I'd be willing to bet they went from job to job but charged every customer the "travel and fuel surcharge" as if they made every trip from their headquarters. Once here, they did a good job! But be advised that they have a different system for quoting than they have for charging, which result in a higher-than-quoted price. That left this customer feeling manipulated. Honesty would be a better policy.

They broke four bookshelves. several pieces of glass cause there is glass all throughout as I unloaded. The topper is while they were in my home and used the restroom one of them left a middle finger on my bathroom wall in the black dust.
