They were very deliberate and careful with moving our household items from and to our new home. Many thanks to their patience for my wife's deciding of where to place our items. (I don't think she changed her mind too many times). If you're looking for a professionally experienced moving company, look no further than Tiger Moving. My wife and I were so pleased with them, we recommended them to her sister. (My sister-in-law is moving this month).

Stay away from Tiger Moving. This was the worst move I've ever experienced…read more I hired them to move me locally and was quoted an estimated price which was fine. Quote was great. The movers were nice and polite but were slow. Very, very slow. It took them 5 hours to load, way, way over the estimated 3.5 hour time. I asked them to pick up the pace as it was taking way too long and dark outside. By the time they left my total time was 9 hours and 50 minute. I paid more than twice what I was quoted. Do yourself a favor and hire another local moving company.

I just needed a few pieces of furniture moved from one room to another, a small job. They assured me they could do that at their lowest rate: $239. When the bill came, it looked as though both charges were still there, so I called to ask why. This time, my charges were calculated differently. Now it was essentially $150 labor, $150 travel, and $50 fuel surcharge, totaling $350. That means they charged me $200 to drive 15 miles. Even if they came and returned from the same headquarters-- 30 miles away-- that's high, and I'd be willing to bet they went from job to job but charged every customer the "travel and fuel surcharge" as if they made every trip from their headquarters. Once here, they did a good job! But be advised that they have a different system for quoting than they have for charging, which result in a higher-than-quoted price. That left this customer feeling manipulated. Honesty would be a better policy.

Our furniture was supposed to stay on the truck til it went to our new home the manager guaranteed my husband. The furniture was wrapped at that point. when they unloaded there was BLACK streaks all over my couches. my big couch was broken in the center. there is black dust all over the couches. They broke four bookshelves. several pieces of glass cause there is glass all throughout as I unloaded. The topper is while they were in my home and used the restroom one of them left a middle finger on my bathroom wall in the black dust. They offered @$200 to make things right which we have not accepted. The men talked non stop and goofed off. as I stated they were hired til 4:30. What really bothered me is I am a Clemson Grad and wanted to support a local company and they did not really care. I would not recommend this moving company if you want someone reliable!
