My experience was negative and am very disappointed in the service I received. I learned afterwards Brandon, the owner, is not licensed. My belongings were brought to storage. I've attached some pictures to back-up my statements. This is what I've seen so far: Missing items (I want these back): * 1 brown wicker cabinet w/4 drawers (2 on top, 20-1/2" W x 29-1/2 H x 16" D) (see attached which is similar). * 2 big boxes of books/miscellaneous. Furniture has damage (see attached). Squashed and ripped boxes (see attached). Footprints/marks on medicine containers (see attached). Dirt/marks on larger decorative bins (see attached). I reached out to Brandon several times to resolve this to no avail. Then there were disparaging messages from him (see attached). He says I'm a messy old lady (see attached). Who isn't messy when they are moving? For someone who was paid VERY WELL, great tip, plus expensive donations, I feel extremely disrespected, offended, and ripped off, and made to feel less than. Brad and I spoke on February 20, 2021 about him and his crew loading my 16' truck for $150-175. This appointment was set for March 3, 2021. We confirmed on March 2, 2021 because I asked if the slot could be pushed bacl 30 minutes so they weren't waiting on me. He said yes and confirmed the appointment. Well, the morning of March 3, Brad texts me and says (and I quote) "Gm we quoted wrong this morning my guys can be there 1230 sharp could u ad 50 on 2 the 200. 240 total" And I'm like, you quoted me $150-175. And he said "We can do $225." Problem number 1. But whatever, we agree on $200. At 12:30p, the time of my appointment, he texts me and says they're running late, and will be there at 1p. At 1p, I get a text saying they'll be there at 1:22p. He calls me to tell me that the first appointment ran long and they were on the way, would be there in 10 minutes and that business is steady,, I can hear his other phone ringing and blah blah blah.. Nope. Then he calls me to give me some bs story about one of his employees quitting on the job and he needed to go secure his property, so he asked me to wait until 3p for them to arrive and the price is now $140. At this point, I've already started calling around because, no. Brad is telling me that if they aren't there by 3, he would cashapp me $50. I call his bluff and send my cashapp info. Do you think he sent that money? Absolutely not. Said this is what happens sometimes when you run a business and that he knew he wouldn't be able tp deliver what he promised at 3p. Told him that wasn't my problem. Then he says no one else will be able to squeeze me in today and his guys are en route and one will be there at 4p and another at 4:10p and Icould pay them $25 each. When I talked to him again, he said "I'm glad to know it doesn't need to be packed today! I just want to make it right, don't want any bad reviews on my business!" I told him I've already found a company that would show up with the time left in the day. No one ever showed up. He stopped responding. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY MOVING NEEDS. read more

i needed a 40 year old sofa bed removed. Brandon and associate came right away!!! They were so careful of the floor and doorway while removing the old couch. And the price was in my budget! I really enjoyed chatting with them too. Highly recommended. read more

I had a great experience with Brandon and his team. I drove a moving truck from NYC to Greenville with my entire apartment in it and they had all of my belongings out of the truck safely and into my apartment in under an hour.
