cody responded to my request for a quote very quickly. He did end up demolishing my backyard one-car garage/shed and hauled all the pieces (even stuff that was in the shed) off to the dump. His assistant was a super hard worker too. They did a great job. I highly recommend this business for both demolition and hauling. Great value. read more

These guys are awesome! The price was great, (someone else quoted me $350-and Cody did it for less than half of that). They were respectful of my home and kinda funny, which made this less stressful. I would totally recommend them to remove the junk from your house or business. read more

Due to inclement weather the request was to specifically wait until rain stopped however Property Plus insisted on bringing in items down the 40 feet path from their truck to the entrance to the house without protecting most of the items. I had to dry off chairs and shelving units that were soaked. The next day, upon inspection of items it became evident one of the sofas was ruined. Both armrests and some of the main body of the sofa were soaked. The smell of decaying fibers was already present therefore needing to be removed right away. A friend helped me since Property Plus did not answer my calls. They later informed me they could "bring fans" to resolve the damage. Bottomline: do not hire this company! .

I just finished a massive "clean out the basement project". I donated what I could to the Salvation Army but still had a LOT of junk left. Cody at Sparta Junk Removal came out yesterday and hauled it all away! He will take virtually anything and is efficient and very easy to work with. If you're in the Greenville SC area and need to get rid of junk, give him a call. He came out two days after I called him and his prices are very reasonable. Ellen C. read more
