This place sucks! Every time I'm due a delivery, it initially is supposed to come that day, so I look for it. Then, at the end of the day, it mag8cally gets changed to the next day. No wonder they have a 1 star rating....and they're a multi-million dollar company. SAD!!!! read more

I'd give zero stars if i could and honestly thought I had weeded out all companies that shipped with fed ex but sadly I haven't. Walmart also does yay for me! Been waiting on a package going on a week now. Always says Dylan is otw but ofc Dylan never shows up and then a little after 8 pm it changes to next day and so on and so on. I legit do not know why anyone uses FedEx let alone this location because greenvilles location does get it to you maybe a day late but not a week. Worst shipping company and this location has to be the absolute worst! Posting pictures of the last two packages I've had delivered from this location. Absolutely the worse shipping company. Does not deliver packages to the correct address. Admits mistakes however unwilling to resolve. Their resolution go back to the shipper. Beyond furious with this company. IF a seller uses this shipper I will refuse to purchase from them! read more

Poor execution of shipping services. Apparently while not directly noted on the website or anywhere that I found, you cannot drop packages off after the latest pick up time for your FedEx ground/air type of package. That being said, save yourself some wasted time and call this location before you drive down there as something tells me they have other hidden rules to navigate that could end up saving you time to know about before hand. If FedEx's 3rd party network that can also accept packages could be linearly trusted/trained, I would gladly go there but alas Anderson's a bit limited so best of luck if you decide to use this 1 star averaging location! read more

Paid for an important document to be delivered two day express on Friday. FedEx is saying delivery will be Tuesday. The package is sitting in a fed ex facility 15 minutes away and they are unwilling g to deliver it to the destination. Will never use fed ex ever again. Terrible service ! absolutely ridiculous that they would entirely close down for lunch, and not reopen until long past the posted time. it's the only fedex shipping center in anderson, tho, so that's how they get away with it. rude staff, long wait, overpriced services. would never have gone here if it weren't for a work task. read more

I ordered checks with overnight delivery from Fedex. Order as placed online Sunday. Site stated they should be delivered by Thursday. I checked that day and site said they were delivered the day before, Wed. morning and left on front porch. They were NOT!!!~! I called customer service to find out what happened. Anderson office was closed. Long story short, I had to call bank and place stop payment on that series of numbers b/c they had delivered my checks to WRONG house! This is an issue they appear to have a problem with around here, just found that out. While back and forth with fedex customer service and bank, I get call Fedex has brought checks back to right house. My issue is, the Anderson office should have notified Tracking immediately when person at wrong house returned pkg.!! Then they would have known what was going on, no need to me to pay extra $30.00 stop payment fee. They also should have returned call from Tracking Dept. when they were trying to find out WHERE MY CHECKS WERE!! I will NEVER use FedEx again! I have to rate this with a star to post, otherwise I would give it negative rating. read more
