Their policies are horrible, they are not customer oriented as they once were and now seem to Delight and pissing customers off. I'm sure Mr Smith would be totally dismayed that his business had degraded to this level. He worked most of his life to develop a well-honed, customer oriented delivery system they got packages where they were supposed to go when they were supposed to be there. FedEx is anything but that at this point, even the USPS, with all their bureaucracy seems to be doing a better job than FedEx. They've got the long distance package movement to a science, but their local delivery is absolutely miserable. If I have a choice of how to have anything delivered, I will choose any other service over FedEx at this point. They are horrible and it is such a shame!
