This place is open during the hours posted! Shocker, right? Hey I've had problems with this lately. Anyway, I called ahead to make sure they were open this morning and they were. The guy at the counter was working a line but efficiently. He had no problem answering the phone and dealing with the few customers there. He was super friendly and helped me get my package on the way. I really didn't know what I was doing but had to return a package and had a label. He let me use his tape also. Very convenient, great customer service, notary, greeting cards, and especially packing and shipping services... I edited this review because after having a private mailbox here for a few years, I moved and asked to have my mail forwarded. They didn't forward anything, and then told me to fill out a form at the post office, which I did. Then they sent me an impersonal, not very nice email saying that they were just going to throw my mail out. I responded and never received a call back or acknowledgement of my complaint. read more

This is a convenience business. As such, their prices are higher than if you went to a Post Office, Fed Ex, UPS, etc, but by coming here you don't have to make all those stops or find parking and walk half a mile if you are a trucker or you can combine stops with the Big Lots or Burkes or the Urgent Care. The employees are super nice! Expext to pay $5.40 to mail a first class USPS $3.50 item. The extra $2 was worth it for me. read more

This is the only place I ever go for shipping! The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Recently I had an unfortunate situation, where I requested the return of a packet I had sent previously. The packet was uncounted for, for quite a few days. The manager truly went out of his way to help me. He called around multiple times, and finally the packet was located, and I got it back. I have been shipping with them for almost 5 years. I have been through 2 owners and thousands of packages, boxes, ect. While I have a commercial operation and could have easily found less expensive ways to ship I stayed with them for several reasons. They own what they do and their word is valid. I do pay more but I drop packages off and they handle it from there. When there have been problems they handle it. They always try to make it right and frankly, I like doing business locally with people I can look in the eye. They have had consistently polite, professional, and pleasant people working there who do take the time to do it right. The Manager who is Tim doesn't always have the answer but he will always get the right answer. Top notch crew. We found this store to be cheaper, more careful, and more efficient than the UPS Store-- we shipped from both stores, and everything from Mail Box & Pack arrived earlier and in better shape.
