Outstanding service and 5-Stars across the board! My…read morehusband bought a refurbished MacBook Pro from Emergency Tech Repair [ETR] about 2 years ago. He paid a fraction of the cost of a new MacBook and hasn't had any issues with it since! My 2019 iMac desktop was running slow and started shutting down. I am not tech-savvy, and my ignorance and frustration led me to take my computer to ETR for service. My technician's name was Matthew. He was very personable and incredibly helpful! Matthew ran a diagnostic and adjusted some things that I don't understand. He also discovered that my computer was bogged down with tons of useless saved files, as well as apps and programs running in the background, which he took care of. He found that there was nothing seriously wrong with my computer and it should be good for another 4-5 years. Matthew worked his magic and, for about $65, my computer now runs very quickly and no more shutdowns! There was never any pressure to spend extra money on unnecessary upgrades. I was treated as a valued customer, and received expert service and advice. My husband and I highly recommend Emergency Tech Repair for all your computer needs!

Sometimes they are very busy so going at the right hour is great (although that time can shift). There is a room upstairs in the back with some pre-made "accidents" that can be acquired for a discount. They provide UltraVue® UV70 AR Glass which is my favorite. I acquire supplies and frame myself so this all works pretty well for me too. They also give artists a discount. Parking out front is convenient going in, but getting back out is a bit tricky .. I suggest parking in the lot behind the building.

The second time I took some paintings in, they were more expensive and not so good on any price reductions. The 3rd time, I had 4 more framed, and it had gotten very expensive. Each time, I used their "discount" Artist's Corner, so expected better prices. They do a beautiful job, but as an artist, I need to find another framer. Between commission to galleries and expensive framing costs, I am making less on my own paintings than they are. If you are willing to pay the price and can afford it, they do a beautiful and professional job.
