She kept us organized and gave us step by step list of photos and content we needed. She was very honest if she thought a photo did not look good or if the copy needed to be edited. We appreciated that! We really got the feeling that she was our partner in this new endeavor. She also introduced us to a copywriter and SEO marketer that have also been invaluable. We feel so lucky that she took us on as clients. We now have an entirely new revenue stream, thanks to Zoe.

The overall pieces were in place that we needed but the site wasn't efficient, SEO optimized, https secure, or editable. Zoe made short work of the needs we had, staying on timeline and on budget, and was incredibly communicative, responsive, and produced really high quality work. She checked-in with me every time she had an idea for how to make things run better and went above and beyond to produce a site that now not only looks great, but works perfectly. Highly recommend!

For some reason Yelp doesn't have a Computer Programming Category. I had the pleasure of utilizing their services to deal with a website snafu that I had gotten myself into. They were fast and thorough. Note: their corporate admin stuff takes place out of Hendersonville, but most of their crew work remotely. I am in Santa Rosa, CA and they did great work for me. I know they have people in many other states as well. Also, the job I had for them was fairly small compared to what they are capable of. I did get quotes from them on creating another project as well. Creating a client management database and I was impressed at their professionalism and their creative process. I wasn't able to pursue that project due to budget constraints and am keeping what I have in place for the time being. Should that size of a project become feasible for my office, I will definitely be coming back to AnthroWare to get it done!

I hired Heather to do the SEO package she advertises on her website. Even though I gave her…read morespecific instruction that I wanted to understand what she was recommending I change, and that I wanted to approve anything before it was done, she completely disregarded my wishes. She refused to talk to me on the phone or by zoom. She will only communicate electronically, where she then assigns meaning and emotion to words that is not accurate. I tried communicating electronically since I was forced to but she would disregard my questions and comments. I would ask the same question repeatedly and never get an answer. She made her communication issues my problem. After I discovered she changed main copy on my website without my permission, I told her I'm uncomfortable with this, and she quit the job. I have no idea what else she changed or did without my permission. I then discovered she verified herself as an owner on my google account! I tried to revoke her access myself bur she had embedded a token within my site that would still give her access. I had no idea she did any of this and I'm told it was unnecessary for her to do that in order to perform the job she was hired for. The fact that she quit my job before getting approval to make any changes yet refused to give me a refund of the deposit as I asked for is totally unacceptable. Her unwillingness to talk voice to voice about my project caused the entire mess, and then to find out she gave herself verified ownership status of my google account without asking me or telling me, is very deceptive. In my experience, heather is a total disappointment. I'm not a tech expert at all which is why I needed help and all she did was mess up my site and cause me unnecessary stress. I would have never hired her had I known upfront that she refuses to communicate voice to voice. Too easy for things to get lost in translation with electronic communication. I also asked her to give me specific instruction to remove the token she embedded in my website so I can fully revoke her access and she ignored me. I am so disappointed as I trusted her to be honest and perform the work she was hired for, but she failed on all levels. BTW - I also saw on glass door that heather has a one star review with the word "unhealthy" which also describes her actions on the job I hired her for that she did not complete. I've also had an expert look at my site now and they say the work heather did was worthless. She caused more damage than good.
