This Office Depot is aces. (The online pickup portal and confirmation email said pickup would be local and never mentioned it being sent somewhere else.) I talked to multiple employees over several days to correct this issue as I needed the flyers before going out of town for an expo. They were all very communicative and so kind and helpful! Corporate could not get the flyers sent to the local store in time so they shipped it to the location of the expo which was in a different state all together. Perfect example of stuff happens and how we handle it makes the difference. For example- if the files I sent them werent the right format, or needed to be cropped/adjusted, or something along those lines, they would explain it to be clearly and what I could do on my side.
