Around 5 yrs ago ( 2012ish ) they went downhill rapidly. I ordered 40 shirts and 12 hats from them for my company back in 2014. I choose the shirt I wanted and the hat I wanted. Well, after I paid for them and brought them home the shirt was different then I had chosen, the color of the print was wrong, and several hats had been embroidered crooked. So needless to say I stopped dealing with them. Around March of 2017 I tried to order 3 construction signs through them thinking that couldn't get messed up but I was wrong. He estimated 2 weeks to make the signs, instead it took over two months. Finally he called and said they were ready to pick up and I told him I was in Europe at the time and it would be a little while before I got them. He ends up calling me and cussing me as well as telling me to come down to his shop so he can whoop me. What a joke this old man is, I would never recommend doing business with someone who acts so much like a child. Anything this crappy business offers you can get online faster with less headache.
