    Wow, I wish I saw these other reviews before hiring this company to do my move this past Saturday…read more I reached out to Drifa's moving based on all the positive reviews I read on some community pages. The day of the move, my experience was great! However, it was when I discovered some things wrong after the fact and the lack of accountability the company had for their mistakes that led me to share my poor experience. On Saturday, Rusty and another mover came to move us out of our two-bedroom apartment. We were moving a majority of our furniture into storage. One of the items to be moved was a king size mattress. The mattress was carried out of my apartment on its side, and placed flat on the floor in the hallway before being moved down to the truck. My husband met the guys at the storage unit where they unloaded the mattress, folded in half and tied together with ratchet straps. The mattress was the last thing to come out of the truck and was put into the unit as shown in the first picture. Since I wasn't at the unit, I was unaware of how the mattress was stored. When we returned to the unit two days later, we had to pull most of the items out in order to lay the mattress flat (as mattresses should be stored). Because the mattress had been folded, it now contains several humps that were not there beforehand. After leaving the storage unit, my husband and I returned to our apartment to finish clearing out some last minute items. Upon returning, we discovered that our adjustable bases were left sitting in the hallway on the first floor (we moved out of the fourth floor) for two days. I immediately called and spoke with Kerri who assured me she would reach out to Rusty. When I didn't hear anything back the same day, I sent a text message the following morning asking for a resolution. The response I got was that they won't have time to come back and move the bases and that they were told to package the mattress that way. I immediately called my credit card company to dispute the charges. I also decided to post about my experience on my Facebook page as well as the business page. Because I posted as public, and tagged the company, Rusty was able to comment. Within minutes of me posting, that's when Rusty decided to call, text and comment saying he wanted to make things right. Definitely do yourself a favor and look for a company that values their customers. I understand that mistakes happen, but to lie and blame us for their mistakes instead of owning up and making things right is just bad business.
