When I explained it was a network switch, she replied "Is it Amazon or Staples?" in a very rude, elevated tone even shakind her head. However, because the item was $169.00 (highe value item acording to the cashier...?????), he had to call a manager for approval. To my dismay, he called over the same rude woman from the front, who was still chatting on her phone. I stayed quiet to ensure the transaction went through. Once I had my receipt, I told her she needed to fix her attitude as a manager. Instead of apologizing, she began yelling at me to get out of the store, claiming she was "just answering my question." Excellent service from the cashier, but appalling behavior from management. Last time I ever go to a Staples store.

I went to an appointment this morning for the I-9 form completion and felt very uncomfortable…read morebecause no one was wearing masks. I put my information on the counter and stepped back. He wanted me to sit down and wait in an area where no one was wearing masks. I explained that my phone number is on the paper and there's all my information I will wait my car and call me if you need more information.
