They handled all of the permitting for the sign (which is located right on Hendersonville Road) and we were one hundred percent pleased with the results! Be aware that the 5 year warranty is for the vinyl only, not labor to replace the vinyl. In under a year, I had a $3400 wrap that looked like absolute garbage. Peeling so bad in places I had to pull over to pull chunks off because of the whistling sound it was making. Now I have to choose between paying another $1400 to have it re-installed (no thanks) or having it removed and having nothing to show for my $$$$. Both Rob and 3M have acknowledged that the vinyl was faulty, however, the cost still falls on me to replace.
