Pretty standard, nothing wrong there. Turns out we probably should have just included 1/3" bleeders or maybe just shot ourselves in the head. I'm not sure why they decided to blow up the background in the mailers but they did. This resulted in our client's head being cut off. Will never in a million years use this company again, even if they paid us.

There is a huge parking lot - and right next to the store are a really nice Mexican restaurant and a big Publix grocery store. There is a really great Ingles grocery store right across the street. The UPS store that I used to deal with in Asheville - at Westgate Plaza - was, on the contrary, chronically understaffed, inefficient and unfriendly. I am displeased about the inaccurate value entered without my input; the package was being shipped overnight to the Embassy of a foreign country in Washington. The agent should have asked me the value of the contents which included my passport!!! Hopefully the package will arrive safely and on time and this concern will be unimportant. It is annoying, however. Secondly, I discovered after I had given good feedback on the survey, the UNdeclared (by me) value was much lower than it should have been AND that if my next order is less than $40 I will not even get a discount! I am doubly annoyed.
