Their dispatchers 9/10 times will refuse to pay you a Truck Ordered Not Used (TONU Fee) even though…read moreyou are owed it by contract. They lie to drivers saying their clients canceled loads but have really dispatched them to a 2nd driver for a cheaper rate. Then refuse to pay your TONU. The load info is 90% incorrect; you show up and it's heavier and larger than it should be but they bid on the load by "truck size" not freight size so drivers are told they are still required to take the larger freight for no additional compensation. But on my last load when the client changed the number of skids to more than my truck size, I was told no TONU because it wasn't the scheduled pick-up time yet (even though I had driven 1.5 hours & was at the pickup site) because the dispatcher told me she "thought it was ready early". But they claim that she never said "Head there early" so I'm not owed the TONU. An unethical company trying to operate in the US as if they were operating still in the socialist country of Ukraine that they are based in.

Recently Millhouse was unjustly reviewed with various fake, and negative reviews. I would like to…read moresay that they are all fraudulent, and there is a legal proceeding pending. We reported a freight guard against VS Services LLC (MC 688978) and the proceeded to have all of these negative reviews posted. You can clearly see that all of these negative and fraudulent reviews were added after the freight guard was posted. VS Services LLC back solicited a shipper, modified an in-transit agreement, lied about the location of the freight, and did various other unethical business practices. I have been working with Millhouse for 3 years and we base our business practice on Honesty, Integrity, and Reliability. Please feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

(The online pickup portal and confirmation email said pickup would be local and never mentioned it being sent somewhere else.) I talked to multiple employees over several days to correct this issue as I needed the flyers before going out of town for an expo. They were all very communicative and so kind and helpful! Corporate could not get the flyers sent to the local store in time so they shipped it to the location of the expo which was in a different state all together. He paid a fraction of the cost of a new MacBook and hasn't had any issues with it since! My 2019 iMac desktop was running slow and started shutting down. I am not tech-savvy, and my ignorance and frustration led me to take my computer to ETR for service. My technician's name was Matthew. He was very personable and incredibly helpful! Matthew ran a diagnostic and adjusted some things that I don't understand. He also discovered that my computer was bogged down with tons of useless saved files, as well as apps and programs running in the background, which he took care of. He found that there was nothing seriously wrong with my computer and it should be good for another 4-5 years. Matthew worked his magic and, for about $65, my computer now runs very quickly and no more shutdowns! There was never any pressure to spend extra money on unnecessary upgrades. I was treated as a valued customer, and received expert service and advice. My husband and I highly recommend Emergency Tech Repair for all your computer needs!
