Because I am shipping to my mortgage carrier who is literally a criminal organization (Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, look them up there is no form of fraud they won't commit) if it got delivered the next Monday they would have literally stolen it. They are currently getting sued for that exact crime. I have personally caught them committing fraud on my account twice before. Then from Monday through Thursday I have been trying to get that package returned back to Omaha NE. They kept scanning the letter then saying it was delivered at their address. 4 days in a row 5 seperate phone calls where I was told repeatedly by a human (not automated phone service) the situation was handled. Then to wake up the next day to discover I have been lied to again. I also tried email complaints. I called again on 7-18-2026 and have been told they have no idea what is happening. Incompetence is one thing criminal neglect is another. At this point I am under the assumption that someone at that facility intentional delayed the first delivery and is now purposely not returning my package. Like I said there is literally no crime I would put past my mortgage carrier. There is a cashier's check for over $12k sitting in a box for 6 days. Maybe that's not a lot of money for them but it is to me. I have filed a report with the FBI for potential mail fraud. I would never use this facility nor any Fedex location if you have any option.

Lots of Googling and searching to find a good price on scanning a large volume of images to digital…read moreformat, I came across Scan To Digital and they offered the best price out of anything I saw. Granted, you have to include the cost of mailing everything and run the risk of it getting lost in the mail, but to be honest, it's *well* worth it for the cost and the quality! I sent in a box of photos, separated by dividers and within envelopes, each labeled according to what they were. I received email communication indicating it had arrived and about a week and a half after they were received, I was emailed an invoice from the company for a very reasonable price (to give you an idea, it was at least $100 less than I'd budgeted/estimated for the project). They mailed out my box of pictures upon receiving my payment and sent me a tracking number in email so I could keep an eye on it. A few days later, I picked up my big box of images from the post office. Everything was as I'd sent it, plus two cases containing 3 dvds. Each dvd contained a batch of folders with names that were the same as what I had on the envelopes and dividers. As an added cute bonus, each of the discs had an image from one of the pictures printed onto it! Overall, I am super happy and impressed with my order. The price was far better than I was expecting, the service was amazing, and the quality of images are perfect. Now all I need to do is sort them out a bit more and tag them in my images program! It took weeks for them to locate my warranty information. Finally, they found it and said it was out of warranty period so I had to pay for a new sign. I received no proof, and when they installed it , it was the wrong size and shape. They do not want to correct their error unless I pay them more money. I have been trying to get a resolution for weeks, but they have no interest in correcting the situation. I really hate posting negative reviews, but I've really tried having the issue corrected but they show no interest in cooperating.
