Their "oopsies" have been stacking up lately, so I've decided to relieve them of the heavy burden of handling our packages. The grand finale? Creative math. They somehow managed to intentionally inflate our package dimensions after the fact--resulting in a nice little surprise upcharge weeks later. Facts (since accuracy matters): ACTUAL exterior box size: 11.5" x 11.5" x 11.5" What they entered: 12" (correct) x 13" (WRONG!) x 12" (correct) That magical extra 13 inches--pulled seemingly from thin air--is what triggered the additional charge of $9.14. Funny how that works. Even funnier? This exact same stunt has now happened three times at this location. At that point it's no longer a mistake--it's a business model. So, congratulations on achieving the hat trick. You're fired.

I have taken off of work, rearrange my schedules, days, time frames, and for what?? Nothing. I end up losing money from work missed, and time that could have been spent doing more important things. This use to be a good company, but now has become a joke. My wife and I have now agreed that we will no longer use the services of this company. Will will also not order from anyone who only has FedEx as their only option. Done wasting my time, and money on companies who do not respect MY time and money.
