The associate told me it was not available but he looked for a minute and guaranteed a service that was 1/2 in cost that guaranteed to make it the day afterwards. IT WORKED (strict time schedule). BETTER YET, MADE IT NEXT DAY! He could have offered the more expensive but HE TOOK THE EXTRA STEP. I traveled over 10 miles and two hours and THIS STORE WAS .5 miles from my house. GREAT WORK! I used this store recently to ship a very expensive item, and asked the associate behind the counter to make sure and use the Pack and Ship guarantee. Word for word, I said, "I want to make sure this is packed carefully and guaranteed and insured as much as possible since it's an expensive item". The associate basically said "okay" and finished the transaction. I paid $$ to ship it, and my receipt shows I paid for their packing materials. My buyer contacted me a few days later with photos showing a crushed box and damaged item, so I started the damage claim process with UPS. After almost two weeks of back and forth with them, they denied the damage claim because the associate rang it in wrong in the system and never even packaged the item in UPS materials and box, and a value on the item was not declared. The associate never gave me an option to declare a value on the item. Now, I'm out $$$$ AND the item I sold (since it's now damaged beyond repair). read more

The absolute worst place unless you want to pay triple to ship something. I took an item 6 x 6 and it was packed in a 36 x 32 box by the employee. I simply asked why such a big box? The employee said to protect the package. Keep in mind this cost me double in packaging supplies and triple and shipping with this size of the box. This store is in a convenient location, but there are not enough associates working the counters, packing, shipping, etc. They are friendly but overworked, and forget about asking a question by phone! It rings and rings and then you don't have the option to leave a voice mail, so you can't get answers. Our group had some printing done, and the price was competitive; I would recommend them for that, but the only way to speak to them is to go to the store and stand in line! I really appreciate this store. They are always quick and efficient and have helped me on several occasions with printing, notarizing, copying photos, returning mail order items, and of course boxing and shipping. Sometimes I question whether or not they are a little high-priced but last time I tried to ship using USPS from my home, doing my own boxing, it wasn't much cheaper and my postal carrier only picked up one of the boxes. After standing for 25 minutes in line at the post office to correct the issue, I decided that the UPS store was worth it! read more
