I had a package to send and I was using a QR code. This location has a USPS pickup. I thought I could print the label there and send it out. Well.. $3.98 to print a piece of paper off of their copy machine??? The customer service rep was cold and unapologetic when I said I wish I had known the cost to print one sheet of paper. Had I known the customer service went so much downhill after the new owner bought it out I absolutely would not have given my busines. They charged $3.98 to print one label. I've never heard of a ups store charging that much per label. He also didn't tell me the ridiculous price till after he had printed the label. They also only had one worker so the wait was slow. Save yourself some time and money and use another ups store. read more

Don't waste your time or gas going there! They are so rude and have no customer service skills! Needed a label from UPS printed that was emailed to me for overnight shipping.... They are charging to use the computer that no customers are allowed to use and for printing. They were charging $5 to print their own label! This is absurd... when I asked about the charge, The man working there refused to take my package and told said "go someplace else since you want to complain". in front of 3 other customers!! Only three other reviews (all negative) from others so far. Today was the first time for me going here. As soon as I walked in the guy was welcoming and ready to help. I had four packages to ship and the guy helped me package and get all 4 scanned and processed with an absolute pleasant demeanor. I'd have no issue using them again. I didn't have everything totally ready and he helped me get it done. All I had to do was hand him the stuff and I was done. He did all of the work. read more

Highway robbery!!!!! I went to this UPS to return an Amazon package and I needed to print out the return label. I just moved and my printer isn't hooked up yet.. expected to pay $1 or something to print one black and white piece of paper. Instead, the employee informed me it costs $3.75 to pull up the label and $.25 for a copy. $4 to print a label?! Shipping things requires labels that sometimes customers need to print. The purpose of a business should be to provide an experience that is positive and convenient. This is just absurd and now I am completely inconvenienced. Taking this package somewhere where customers are valued and my business is wanted. read more

I have used this UPS store 4 times so far this year. Maybe 10 total times. Every time to return Amazon packages. I always have whatever is needed ready and make sure to read the info about my Amazon return before heading up there. Every single time the staff is rude. They are short/curt most times and sometimes just nasty. They have a resting disgusted look on their face when you walk in the door. Every single time! I've asked about the birthday cards they have in stock being out and received snarky remarks. Such as "does it look like we have any in stock? It's empty isn't it?" This is by far the worst store I've ever visited. It's the only store around or I would drive somewhere else. They need to clean house and hire all new people who want a job. The very thin older lady that typically helps with returns scoffs when I say have a good day. I get we all have bad days but these folks NEVER have a good day! That review with 5 stars is probably someone's friend or neighbor. I've even seen other customers in front of me flip out on them because they're so rude and have smart remarks instead of informational answers. It doesn't cost a penny to be kind. I will continue to be kind and smile when I visit this store but thought someone should know about this. This business has a LOT of negative reviews. Hopefully corporate or upper management can help out. We just want friendly transactions. We don't see you but for 3-5 minutes of our day. Never had an issue with this location and living in an Apartment complex, can be quite frustrating with deliveries. UPS, atleast in this area, gets it right! They are the only carrier that actually attempts to come to the door first. I order daily online for my work-at-home Business, so I receive a ton of packages weekly. FedEx doesn't even attempt to come to the door and instead always takes packages directly to the office. The same applies to USPS, if it doesn't fit in the mailbox, nor you've requested a signature, they won't even bother! despite my Apt being 50 feet from the mailbox. The driver that always comes here for UPS is very pleasant and we always make small talk and pick on FedEx for their incompetence or how business is going. When I order items from new online retailers, I specifically ask for UPS to be the carrier, even if I have to pay a little extra. read more

Don't believe the bad reviews you read here. Customer service is AWESOME. I've been receiving my mail at this location for about 5 years and all of the people who work here are great... courteous and friendly. They handle a LOT of packages at this location, so it's understandable that they charge for tape. It may seem like a small thing for a single package, but when you multiply it by the number of packages they handle it adds up. Keep in mind that UPS stores are individually owned - they are not company stores... expenses like this go directly to overhead, which eats into the owner's profits. read more
