I like that there are employees on site & I'm happy they were able to answer my questions! Even though we came slightly before the washing machines shut off, we were informed of the time frame and it was still okay to come and go before closing. We ended up getting food next door and were able to bring it back; they have a window bar and seating outside to relax, while waiting for laundry. The place is also very clean, spacious, and there are plenty of machines and different sizes to choose from. No quarters needed; you can just tap your phone to pay! Great experience here and I love that you can choose the timeframe on the machines, rather than it being a set time. Not super expensive either. We'll definitely be back!

I noticed that I was not discounted. I went back in and was told my 1 year deal ended in March or April this year. So I bought another one, and then asked if this would be retroactive to the charge for my jacket. She, apparently the manager, just looked at me like I'm an idiot and that she had "got" me. (All she had to do was tell me my membership had expired when I dropped my jacket off and then sell me a new one.) She said no, no apology, no hint of consideration, so I left. I really despise this kind of attitude...thinking this will look good on YELP or Google....
