Had to go out anyway so I bundled up my phone and my spare phone and headed over to the office. Pulled into the lot walked into the shop explained my business to the gent behind the counter and he printed up my label while I packed up my phone. Paid for my supplies and was on my way with a minimum of fuss and bother. yea for me! Both associates were neatly attired and well spoken. I felt comfortable handing over my phone so they could scan the return authorization and complete the transaction. One of the best sets of knifes I have ever bought. They have been professionally sharpened several time but the gentleman who provided that service has retired. My wife found these guys and took the knifes in and they did a great job. I had mentioned to her that Henkel Knives come with a lifetime guarantee. One of the standard knifes had a broken tip and when she showed it to them, they confirmed the guarantee and sent the old one off to Henkel so that a replacement could be sent. Somehow the first one got lost in shipping so they had to ship a second time which added to the time but today I picked up the new knife. Profuse apologies about something out of their control but in the end, they ended up with a happy customer.
