On Saturday I arrived 24 minutes prior to the posted closing time. I struggled in with my large package and got in line behind another customer. The fellow who worked there. Never looked up or acknowledged my presence even after he was done helping the previous customer. I put my package on the counter and asked the man if he was ready. Again without looking up he said he cannot help me because they close in three minutes. It was 3:34. I incredulously said you won't help me? You can come back tomorrow. I answered I doubt it. I went outside and struggled putting the package back in my car then I double checked the sign to see if they really closed at 3:30 and no the sign said four just like I thought. Terrible customer service. If one wants to close early one should lock the door and put up a sign saying sorry, we closed early today. And by the way I came back on Sunday since the package was already in the car. Guess what? I had wonderful service and the transaction took less than ten minutes which means the guy could have handled me on Saturday and not even had to work a minute late. I assume that the guy working Saturday was not the owner.
