She made me wait 10 min before acknowledging me as she chatted away with the customer She was with. Then told me it would be 15 min wait and I should go to Walgreens. I had a local appointment so I left and came back about 1.5 hours later. This time she had an incredibly rude customer ahead of me who she also chatted with about nonsense as a line built behind me to the DOOR. This truly obnoxious customer turned around and told us all to "Smile, it's a New year" as she took her sweet time chatting away and going as slow as possible. They must be friends and seemed to take pleasure in frustrating those of us waiting on NYE day. Then after that obnoxious customer left, the owner lady scans my QR code and then says oh I can't print that here. I told her you knew I was coming with this as I came earlier and it says on line that you CAN and DO. I can tell you- she was lying to me and was laughing. They can accept packages and provide shipping services, but in my experience there was no reliable chain of custody or immediate USPS acceptance scan when I dropped packages off here. I dropped off multiple prepaid USPS packages and several went days without ever showing an acceptance scan. With a normal USPS counter drop-off, I would have received a receipt showing that USPS had officially accepted each package. Here, once the packages were handed over, I had no way to verify where they were until USPS eventually scanned some of them later. If you are shipping anything important, expensive, time-sensitive, or tied to an eBay sale, I would strongly recommend taking it directly to an actual USPS location so you leave with documented proof of acceptance.

Had Omega apply a rear window graphic on my wife's 2005 Outback June 25, 2014. After we had…read morediscussed how to position it, he said he would let me okay it before they applied it. That didn't happen... After 50 minutes or so I walked out front to make a call and within a few minutes he brought the car around front. Was I ever so disappointed... The $147 graphic ($98 for graphic plus $49 to laminate from Custom Vinyl Graphics) was lopsided and basically ruined. Where they allowed the graphic to touch the cars finish, it removed clear coat and paint. His answer was I can't be responsible for your old cars paint... Then made other negative remarks about the car not being new. This has ruined my wife's 23rd anniversary present and has her very upset. Their answer? Give him half off of the install... Will cost $200 (estimate from Kings) to have the paint fixed, $147 for a new graphic, not to mention the time it will take for all of this and loss of use of the car... No way to get it by our June 30th anniversary for sure. Contemplating small claims Court.
