Took a leather bound book in to be etched. The etching is off center and crooked and the book is ruined. Vendor was asked to refund the price of the etching or pay to replace the book. Stated "what's done is done. There is nothing I will do." Definitely do not recommend this place. The work was faulty and the customer service is non-existent. read more

Don't let the small size fool ya...they match the quality of big time businesses! She can engrave just about any kind of material. We got bricks engraved for a scout project.
