We are so pleased with the nursery glider we ordered from Cozy Kids!…read more I went a few weeks back in a *mild* state of panic over the number of nursery chair options out there... and Paul, the salesman I worked with, couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. He explained each of the 15+ options in detail and helped walk me through the whole process, and he even honored their Black Friday weekend discount when I called back the next day with my Gina decision. Paul was also very communicative around the install -- just a wonderful person to work with and deserves recognition for his kindness! The chair was delivered and installed within three weeks and everything went very smoothly. We are glad they have an automatic 18-month warranty too, just in case (nice that this isn't an extra charge!). Wonderful experience all around -- highly recommend working with Cozy Kids Pineville (especially with Paul)!!!

And there are stickers that are impossible to remove on the front/visible sides of the crib and the changing tray. I contacted Erus Pro. through Yelp, looking for a place that would engrave a small urn. I was told…read moreto come by. I sent a picture of the size of the urn next to a ruler and tube of lipstick to show size ahead of my visit to store. The store hours are listed above so I drove 19 miles on Sat morn. When I got there the store was closed. I called and left a message I had been there. I received a call from Mike? saying he got a call. I gave him the message I left and was headed back home. He said I could drop the urn off at a house not too far from me. I put the urn in a small pouch along with a prayer card that gave the info needed for the engraving on the porch of that house on Sat. I called on Monday to see how it was going and got a messsage:" thats a small urn, I don't think it can be engraved by me. I'm sorry, I thought it would be bigger." I answered "I enclosed a picture showing size"? He answered.. after looking at it, its too small. So I asked when I could pic up the urn, he said go now, someone will be there to leave it outside. I drove back over to that house again, picked up the urn off the porch but it didn't have the prayer card enclosed. I knocked the on the door knowing someone was there but they wouldn't answer. I drove home and text him the issue. He said... they forgot, they'll put it outside. I've already wasted two trips, not doing a third.
