We just finished lunch at Emmets Social Table and decided to stop in. It's a very nice shop with lots of unique gifts and supplies for entertaining. There are items for kids, teens and adults. Now that we are living over 2 hours away we were waiting for checks to be mailed for items sold. after two months of "the check is in the mail" the last story about six weeks ago was that the Indian Trail Post Office is stealing her checks out of the mail... We were then told that she would mail a check in a plain envelope with her home address so the mail people would not know it was a check. The store is clean and organized in a way that is easy to navigate. All beads were clearly labeled with price. They had almost any color, or material you would want in beads. They also had sections of charms and pendants. You could really make anything- necklaces, earrings, bracelets, even keychains! There is a lot to choose from, I was a little overwhelmed at first but the staff is AMAZING. They were very well staffed and were very willing to help. There were already made pieces around the store, or they were able to look at inspo pictures and find beads/pieces that matched. Once you pick out your pieces, they give you a board to lay it out, and string to bead it on, then they take care of putting the clasp on and finishing it. They have tall tables to work at so you can stand while you work, or sit in a stool. You can drop in anytime they are open, but they are only open until 4:00 during the week. We scheduled a private party which they do after hours, is $20 a person not including jewelry, and you need a minimum of 8 people. We also brought our own drinks and snacks. As far as pricing, everything is very clearly labeled, then it was an addition $5 to put the chain and clasp on. My necklace was $40 total and most pieces made by our group ranged from $30-$60 for the most part. I will definitely be back!!

For the Dilworth location, there is plenty of parking, and you can find it on the end of the plaza, close to the Harris Teeter. The store is great for gifts of all kinds, especially if you're looking for some Charlotte flair. They have lots of clothing options, as well as trinkets, art, baby stuff and pet stuff. I stopped in after work and was greeted by friendly staff. I browsed for awhile before figuring out what I wanted. Much of what's in there is from local artists and suppliers, which is really cool! Ultimately, I found what I was looking for, and am very happy with my experience. They also mentioned that you can reach out via Instagram if you have questions or would like them to set something aside for you. This was a great find, and I'm excited to gift my new purchase. I'll definitely be back!
