Today I came into Ivy and Leo South Park. I felt un-welcomed. I was the only person of color shopping. I didn't get a welcome when I came in from the multiple sales associates standing behind the register. I walked around. Out of all the associates working, one lady greeted me when I got closer to the far side of the store were she was straightening inventory. She was nice and I accepted her cheerfulness. I continued to the far back right to look at the longer dresses. Do you know one of the ladies literally tried to squeeze past me without a greeting or offering an excuse me so she can get by to put her cup in the "break room/closet" in the back. Ma'am, I do not bite. It wouldn't have hurt you to say excuse me while trying to squeeze past me. I literally left without anything. I came out bothered. I'll stick to the other locations where they welcome everyone.

I walked closer to the registers where they were located looking at shirts and only then did one of them speak. I never turned around when I responded. Now, Versona isn't a place that I usually go. I have been in one other location. They were extremely helpful and welcoming. They were engaging and wanted my friend and I to have a great experience. Here, they were more concerned with their conversation. They have a major selection of clothing, colors, jewelry and styles. The store is really nice. The clothes are a good quality and for the price, you will really love your items. I highly doubt I will return to this location.

Reclectic in Pineville, NC is a huge after market store that appears to be dedicated specifically…read moreto women's clothing. The layout organizes garments first by color and then mostly by size. Depending on how you like to shop, this is either a plus or a minus. Personally, I'd prefer everything sorted primarily by size, though I can see the appeal of the color-block approach. I say "mostly" by size because, despite having size dividers, items still felt randomly scattered across the racks in a lot of cases. You can definitely stumble across some good finds here, but it's by no means a cheap shopping experience overall. Most of the discounted items fall into the $40-$50 range--though to be fair, the original MSRPs on a lot of these pieces were pretty ludicrous to start with. The biggest drawback, in my opinion, is the complete lack of any fitting rooms. Given the price point of the clothing and their strict no-return policy, this is a major hassle. If you plan to shop here, make sure you dress appropriately in advance so you can try items on over top of what you're wearing. Overall, you can probably find some great stuff, but you have to be prepared for the experience.

1 STAR Extremely…read moredisappointed with my experience at Louis Vuitton. I recently purchased a bottle of Imagination for almost $400. I have owned this exact same fragrance before, so I am very familiar with how it smells and how long it normally lasts. My previous bottle smelled amazing, lasted throughout the day, and I constantly received compliments when wearing it. This new bottle smells noticeably different, and the fragrance seems to disappear very quickly. I came into the Louis Vuitton store hoping they would listen to my concern, compare the fragrance, and help find a reasonable solution. I even asked to speak with management and personally spoke with TWO managers who were on site. Unfortunately, neither manager seemed willing to help me or offer any type of solution. I was basically told there was nothing they could do. That was probably the most disappointing part of the entire experience. When a customer spends almost $400 on a single bottle of fragrance and takes the time to come back to the store because something doesn't seem right, I would expect management to at least make a genuine effort to address the concern. Louis Vuitton presents itself as a luxury brand and charges luxury prices. In my opinion, the customer service I received was nowhere near the level I would expect from a company at this price point. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted someone to take my concern seriously and help determine why this bottle performs so differently from the same fragrance I previously purchased. Very disappointing experience, especially after speaking directly with two managers and leaving the store with absolutely no help or resolution.

As a loyal customer who owns several Louis Vuitton pieces, I was incredibly disappointed by the treatment I received. On this particular day, I happened to be carrying a "regular," non-luxury handbag. Ironically, it was the first time I've ever walked into an LV boutique without one of their bags on my arm, and it was also the first time I was completely ignored. I wasn't greeted, nor was I asked for my name to be placed on the assistance list, which has always been standard procedure in the past. It is hard not to feel that I was judged based on what I was carrying and deemed not worth the staff's time. A customer's loyalty and purchasing power shouldn't be measured by the bag they carry on a casual Saturday. Disappointing experience, to say the least.
