This location, however, seems to be more focused on the high-dollar and targeting the more well-to-do locals in these parts. I found a couple shirts in here in their tech fabric with a tailored fit. Meaning they appear a bit more tapered in the waist and look better, in my opinion, than most shirts from other stores that fit like a boring cylindrical tube. There is a good assortment of colors and patterns. Normal prices are quite high for stuff that is made en masse in a third world country. If you pay full price for one of my favorite shirts it's $90. They luckily had a small sale going on with 30% off of that price. I left with two shirts on my latest visit. I was not impressed with the staff at this location. They were very hand off, not helpful and didn't come to me asking if I needed any help. I had to go out of my way to request it and ask what to do with the stays/pins in a shirt when I tried it on. This all despite the fact that there were very few people visiting the store and several staff members working. Even at checkout, the guy was not especially friendly. I will probably avoid this location and opt for the one at the outlets in the future.

The manager Scott couldn't seem less interested. Funny enough I heard him talking to an employee to "not waste time with tapering/tailoring the tuxedo" for another customer who was renting not buying... fast forward we purchase come back because my purchased tuxedo was supposed to have alterations done that we weren't 100% happy with. We spoke with Michelle who was amazing and so sweet when we came by yesterday but were told we had to come back for the alterations person -- Ali who was also nice. Scott came running by when we discussed the pants not looking the right way and needing to taper them. He said "are u renting or buying" with an attitude: first two thoughts are I remember why he's asking this because of our visit past visit the customer I mentioned earlier was frustrated with Scott's antics since he was rude and wouldn't make any alterations.. second how do u not remember someone that spent $700 -- less than 2 weeks ago and u fully helped measure and select a tuxedo with. (Bare minimum was don't like I'm a stranger) It's extremely unprofessional and rude and he charged us for the tailoring again which is bad business in our mind. I hate to to leave a bad review especially since I work in sales myself and am taught to sustain relationships with the customer that is always right, but this is not okay by any means and this isn't the first time I have had a bad experience with this store. I want to reiterate how great Michelle was but it's a shame that Scott is the one in charge here. I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

Last night, my teenage son rented a tuxedo for his prom. After the staff took his measurements and…read moreplaced the order, he picked up the rental as instructed. However, upon trying it on shortly before the event, we discovered the jacket was two sizes too large. Given that prom was only two hours away, there was no time to correct the issue. Today, I returned to the store to return the suit and to discuss the situation with the individual I understood to be the manager (a man in his fifties). Rather than addressing the issue professionally, he was rude, dismissive, and placed the blame entirely on my son. His response was completely unacceptable and compounded an already disappointing situation, as my son's prom experience was severely impacted. As a loyal Men's Wearhouse customer for over 20 years and a preferred member, I am shocked and disheartened by both the handling of the tuxedo rental and, more importantly, the dismissive customer service response. I expect that Men's Wearhouse will address this situation appropriately. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this matter will be resolved.

He made sure the measurements were precise. This guy is a REAL clothing guy and not pushy at all, I felt relaxed and comfortable immediately.
