Great service, selection, and value. I'm always impressed at how Lebo's stays current with styles while keeping prices super competitive.

Pretty good store have some good boots and clothing but one of the staff members is pretty annoying I've been 2 times and both times I go there is a (don't mean to be rude) big fellow who kept passing by my section and I was the only one there. It felt like he was watching out to see if I stole anything and he kept asking if I needed help after I constantly told him no. I would catch glimpse of him looking/staring at me and after working the whole day and just trying to get some new boots it doesn't feel good to be watched as if I'm about to steal or do something wrong it was just really irritating and I felt like it was only him because the other staff were real nice and respectful. And I've seen other people have also experienced this and I just think they should've trained that guy better or just have a talk with him. read more

They have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location. They go above and beyond, and are amazing at what they do! I will definitely go here for any of my daughters future needs of anything dance related (tap shoes, leotards, ballet slippers, etc). I can not recommend this location enough... they just do an excellent job with everything and have a wonderful selection in their store. Very happy customer here! read more

There is not a lot of options for dance shoes. We have to come here . In the maps closing time was 8 pm and drove with my kids and arrived here at 7:02 and they said closed and of course did not take us in. Why don't you update your working hours on maps or online ? Your store hours are not matching !!! read more

Great place for all things country, the associates were very helpful and got me out of there quickly which I appreciated. The store is a bit expensive though so go in expecting to spend a lot of money. read more

Drove here from Uptown Charlotte, it said they were open until 8p online. Get here and the door was open but the guys said they closed at 7p. The hours on their sign said that as well. I explained to him what it said on maps for the iPhone and he let me in to look real quick. Very very nice man. He didn't have to do that, but I really appreciate it! They didn't have the shoe I wanted, but I will definitely be back tomorrow to look at other shoes. read more

Wow!! Friendly staff, great selection! Came to outfit myself & husband for Cattle Barons Ball. Not only did we find EVERYTHING we came for, cowboy boots for my husband, shirts for both of us and a cute designer cowgirl hat for me, but the amazing staff literally helped us pick our selections and made sure they fit properly as well!! Such a wonderful experience. You won't find a more friendly, helpful staff!! And people who leave a bad review because the store won't take back your worn cowboy boots really shouldn't. The only other review for this location is not a fair assessment of this store & nearly made me bypass it...until I read the reason for 2 stars. All because some dude wore his cowboy boots for a month & decided they were uncomfortable. Okay..... read more

Stopped in Saturday afternoon for a pair of new boots. Sat at the register for 10+ minutes as they tried to check someone else out. Two others were also waiting to check out besides us. We finally left the boots on the counter and walked out. Won't be back. read more

Went here to purchase dance supplies for my daughter. They have a large selection and better quality than where we normally purchase dance supplies (target) customer service was excellent and they really helped to make sure tap and ballet slippers fit correctly. read more

Me and a friend went walking through this store to find work shoes and the entire time the older gentleman kept an eye on us. We are African Americans so to us it was very uncomfortable. When we left the store both store clerks watched us exit to see if we stole anything. Me and my friend do not even appear to be thieves or anything like it. I wouldn't recommend coming to this store at all. They are very discriminatory to black people. read more

Very disappointing. Have bought four pair of boots within the past year. The latest pair, a 2nd purchase of Ariats, was made thru layaway. I returned them them to the store today - within 30-days of taking possession, less than 60-days from the initial layaway transaction - because they were extremely uncomfortable over the course of a day's wearing. I was hoping for some leniency due to my dissatisfaction with the boots & knowing that the boots are in resale condition. Initially the store manager was open to working with me to find a mutual win-win resolutation, however, they eventually cowered behind the policy stating that it had been more than 30-days since I put the boots on layaway and that 'I was stuck with the boots.' read more

We walked into the store and they greeted us . Someone asked do we need help with anything and we said no thanks , just browsing . So we came back up to the front to ask a question about lizard skin boot for a man . There were about four or five women standing at the counter , eating and talking . It was one women that was in the store that was already helping someone . We asked one of the women about the lizard boot and she informed us that she didn't think they carried that specific skin . She said that the independence location carried the more exotic boots . I said ok well can I show you a pair that I seen back there that are lizards. She stood there and looked at me like she wanted me to bring the boot back to the front . We turned around to to go to the back so we could show the boot but instead of someone following us back there , we saw one women coming back but we were already fed up . Just before that I could hear a women , who I believe could've been the manager saying " Go follow them back there ." As if she couldn't do it , I didn't even want to spend my money in there . Someone should've been right on our heels instead of waiting and telling someone else to do it . We then turned back towards the front of he store and told the young women walking down the aisle that it was ok thanks though . Customer service wasn't where I thought it should be considering the independence location is always nice when we are there and very helpful . read more
