I paid around ninety-two dollars ($92.00) to send a birth certificate, next day delivery. To make a long story short, this store never delivered the certificate and the certificate was sent back to me. It's been eight months and corporate office nor this store has refunded me and I go to this location every three weeks to check on it. I don't think I've ever seen this place so busy and yet they still stayed pretty organized! Yes the lines were long but you could tell the employees were busting their butts to do anything they could to help. But that's not really what I want to talk about. Like yes these guys deserve 5 stars. I wish I could give them 6. The extra star would be for Dylan. I've never had to ship a painting cross country, so here I am thinking 'oh I'll just wrap it good and pop it in a envelope right? No. Not suggested due to bending, which hadn't really occurred to me that it could be a problem. Dylan didn't just help, he went out of his way to make sure my package was shipped properly even when I hadn't the means to do it right. Unbelievably kind!!!! I also wish I could remember that one guys name-the gentleman with the bald head (he packed it so well!) Thank you guys for helping a gal out. Absolutely love the Mooresville branch. I have been a customer for nearly a year and so far it has been fantastic. Zero complaints. Phenomenal customer service. Super relaxed atmosphere. I'm usually able to pop in and out. The only drawback is the traffic to and from Maiden/Denver to Mooresville, but I will gladly sit in traffic for 40 mins maybe twice a month to get some mail. read more

I'm literally sitting in my car after dropping off my Amazon returns at the UPS in Mooresville. While in the store the 6 feet separation was not in effect and they allowed people to come in without face mask.. I asked the representative if they allowed people in without a mask and the rep (Race) smugly said , "Well, I'm not gonna kick them out"; however, this couple was standing directly in behind me having a full blown conversation with their spatial flying loose everywhere, not to mention it was an elderly couple...I asked for manager-not available, supervisor- not available, but the girlfriend of the manager was in the back. I Left!.....SMH... piss poor management of a business. I will never return to this place again and will be reporting this to UPS Corp. read more

so I ordered some books and stuff and wound up with three of everything which was especially kind since I was only charged for one of each but I don't need two spares and I'd changed my mind about the DVD so I called and made arrangements to send back the materials I didn't want and they'd send me the hardback that I did... perfect! so I get to the store with my little box of learning and all I need to do is get the return shipping label printed up and I'm out of there... piece of pie... easy peasey... more like getting blood from a turnip but whatever. none of the links or numbers in the email go anywhere useful and the actual UPS website is taking forever to load even though I have nine bars on the wifi... maybe the crowd of people milling around outside the door ate all the bandwidth? but my cellular network isn't doing any better so it's about twenty minutes to do this... but once I get the barcode thing it's literally two minutes and out the door: slap the new sticky on the old box and hand it to the rep who was doing her level best to get me out of there... really, somebody has to consider fixing the wifi. maybe a timed connection with limited number of daily accesses? not sure what's going on but if people who aren't doing business here are able to keep people from doing business here it might deter some future business or maybe I should just plan on less wirelessness? read more

I sold some stuff on eBay & needed to send them UPS. One of the items I hadn't received payment yet, but needed pricing. Bob was nice enough to go through the whole process & get me a price. While doing that, another lady was boxing up my other item. She put it in a huge box, which the shipping alone was going to be close to $50 (I had only charged the buyer $20 as an estimate)! I told Bob I could not pay that much & it would have to wait. Luckily, he said, "here, let's try something else..." He put it in another box, which brought the price down to $17! I was so pleased that Bob took the extra effort to help me out. He was pretty quick, too. With those issues, plus sending out something USPS mail, I was in & out in under 30 minutes. read more

As I have written in other reviews, I'm no stranger to last minute printing. I have spent hours upon hours of my life printing stuff. You really never know what you're going to get. Could take 10 minutes. Could take 2 hours. This UPS store was very helpful. I needed to have a deck of 30 pages printed and laminated a.s.a.p. The staff is hospitable and very courteous. They were accurate in estimating how long it would take (They said around 30 min but did it in 20). Great customer service really goes a long way when you're tired and just want to be done for the day. I felt they appreciated my business and were there to help fill our needs. They even let us use the computer to check some important information via email. I would definitely recommend their services to others. read more

First and last visit to this location. Took an Amazon return to this location and was charged $70 for a box, packing and labor because we had thrown the box away. I felt like this was extremely high but the employee, VERY rudely said that was the price. While there, I noticed two other people being charged for small mailer envelopes and "packing material". Really? Packing materials for a shirt??? I have made many returns to amazon.... using other UPS locations and have never been charged for mailing materials. I called my normal UPS location and asked how much would it be to return a mini fridge to amazon. He calculated @ $40. I did make a complaint with Amazon and they credited $70 to my Amazon account. The employee that helped us was very rude and dismissive. read more

My hubby needed a passport photo STAT and this was the nearest business to provide the requisite 2x2 bad picture. Their hours on the website are accurate and the staff was friendly. The pic took a few extra minutes b/c they had a hard time finding the film & batteries for the equipment - then was $12 flippin' bucks. Why was it $12 for what is essentially a Polaroid? Because they are the only game in town and they can charge what they want, LOL! read more

Love this store. Even when they are very busy they are very efficient and serve everyone with amazing speed. They are also friendly and knowledgeable about printing almost anything. I needed a manuscript printed and didn't know how to print the hand drawn color illustrations. The young woman said, "We can print the illustrations on this heavy finished paper. It will only be a bit more for those pages and we can still get it printed and shipped today". Then she suggested inserting a blank color sheet between several sections of the manuscript to make it easier for the editors (at no additional charge). Going back in next few days to get the next edited version printed and shipped. read more

This UPS store takes the best care of you. They've saved me from making stupid shipping errors. They've helped me rebox items that would have otherwise gotten damaged. They've helped me file claims on items that went missing in warehouses. The team is the best. Always on topc of their game. The ONLY drawback (which is not their fault) is that traffic on 150 can be really congested. This UPS store makes it worth it to know you are taken care of. I'm the same distance from other UPS store, and I drive to this and deal with the traffic, because all my packages are handled with care. THANK YOU read more

This Guy that owns this UPS store in Mooresville NC is a crook. He tried to rip me off on a shipment rate. I called him and give him the exact weight, and measurements of my shipment and he gave me the exact price. Once i hauled my items there, he got inside with them and came up with an additional $90.00 on the shipment then said it was just a quote I gave you. I specifically told him my buyer was paying for shipment and I need the exact cost so my buyer could send me the money for shipment, so it must be the exact fiqure. He still wouldn't ship my items for what he told me and started putting my items back on his dolly to put them back on my truck in a hurry to get me out of his store. So I took them to another UPS Store 35-mins. away and they shipped them the same way he was going to ship them for $33.00 less than the original price this crook gave me over the phone. Watch out for this place. Check pricing else where before going in to ship anything from this location. I Learned my lesson... Beware... read more
