Once again disappointed. The shelves continue to be unstocked. Came in looking to get ink…read morecartridges. They never have them on the shelf as they are HIGH THEFT ITEMS and are kept in the back. Spoke to unhelpful store management person, who said they didn't do that anymore and that they got a truck and didn't have time to put it on shelves, I could order it online and have it delivered or come back latter and IF THEY HAD TIME to put the truck out then maybe I could purchase it. For anyone looking for a quick supply run, spend the time going to another location. This one is not focused on customer service or its customers or for that matter growing its sales or business.

I had an outstanding experience at Batteries Plus thanks to Alex. He was knowledgeable, honest, and…read moreincredibly helpful. Instead of selling me a brand-new key fob remote, he let me know I could simply replace the shell, which saved me a significant amount of money. Alex even took the time to find the exact replacement shell for me on Amazon. It arrived today, I installed it myself, and it works perfectly! It's refreshing to meet someone who genuinely looks out for the customer's best interest rather than trying to make the biggest sale. If you need batteries, key fobs, or other services, I highly recommend Batteries Plus--and be sure to ask for Alex if you can. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized!

After my phone case broke, I (of course) went all week without dropping my phone. The day before my…read morephone case arrived, you guessed it, I dropped my phone and it cracked. I definitely wasn't buying a new one, so I called New Again. The phone was answered promptly and with professionalism. The gentleman was knowledgeable and friendly and stated he could get my phone in today and have it completed in about 40 mins. I even called back to ask if they could also put in a battery and he didn't sound annoyed by my extra questions! This is a family business, which I love. The shop is small but bright and clean and the wife serves as the receptionist. Their son, I believe has a drink fridge in the business which I think is adorable. Be sure to like them on Facebook and check-in to get your 10% discount. The price I was quoted over the phone was reflected on my receipt and that's always a breath of fresh air. The screen protector was $20 (yes, it's cheaper on Amazon) BUT you get a discount on future purchases. My only suggestion would be to inform customers about parts. As I stated, I requested a new battery-but I'm not tech savvy so I didn't know it wasn't being replaced with an Apple battery. My phone now says that my battery isn't supported and can't give analytics and I don't get low battery warnings anymore. That's definitely not a deal breaker, it would have just been nice to know. I would definitely come back but hopefully not anytime soon!
