Overall it was a pleasure to talk with them with them. Their team was very professional and courteous! At the time i was looking to ship a very particular pre-owned watch. I was, at first, very scared to send such an expensive item but once I arrived and spoke with someone from the store they rested my mind. I took it in to be shipped on a weekend, that same evening i received an email with the tracking number and to my surprise, the watch arrived Monday morning, well-packaged. There are a lot of incompetence out there, this store is not one of them, it was a happy and friendly atmosphere and i can strongly recommend their services.

We've been coming here for a number of years and they are great. They have all of our common ship to addrsses on files and make things quick and easy They will also research shipping rates and delivery dates to make shipping prompt and economical. Please note that they moved about a year ago due to Harris Teeter remodeling and taking their space. WARNING: DO NOT SEND USPS PACKAGES HERE…read more This is a third-party / partner shipping location, not an actual USPS Post Office. They can accept packages and provide shipping services, but in my experience there was no reliable chain of custody or immediate USPS acceptance scan when I dropped packages off here. I dropped off multiple prepaid USPS packages and several went days without ever showing an acceptance scan. With a normal USPS counter drop-off, I would have received a receipt showing that USPS had officially accepted each package. Here, once the packages were handed over, I had no way to verify where they were until USPS eventually scanned some of them later. If you are shipping anything important, expensive, time-sensitive, or tied to an eBay sale, I would strongly recommend taking it directly to an actual USPS location so you leave with documented proof of acceptance.

I only really use their photo development service, but they have so much more to offer. They're a million times better than any CVS or Walgreens printing services. The process is so much simpler, faster, and cheaper, and you don't have to sit at a massive screen in the middle of a store picking photos for everyone to see: I bring in my disposable and pay roughly $11 for processing, they almost always tell me it'll probably be a few days before it's ready, then I'm always pleasantly surprised when I see the transfer link in my email later that same day or the next. I absolutely love that you have the option to just download them digitally or also order prints on the website. Then the prints are cheap too - you can print 100 photos for about $30 and I think that's an insanely good deal. I highly recommend anyone to use Biggs for any and all camera and photo needs!
