I use USP and FEDEX several times a week for a variety of shipping and logistic needs. If you're able, avoid this spot and use Fedex near Starbucks or UPS near Afton. Prime example of poor customer service and business prices: went in to ship item but needed them to print label. I was charged $0.20 for single sheet of paper that served as my shipping label (no big deal) but $2.50 to "use their computer" to print the label. Didn't find out about odd charges until I checked out. Weird and poor business. Just go elsewhere :/ read more

The older gentleman is not very nice nor professional. Sadly, I think he is the owner and yet he chooses to run the business with little to no sense of customer service. Overall, I have never had a good experience with any of the employees at this location. Do better, UPS. read more

This UPS store near Concord mills is terrible. The service is trash and the lady (had a fuschia colored shirt) was unremarkably rude and had no customer service. She talked to me as if I was 10 years old and just sped me away like I did not matter. I do not recommend this UPS store at all. read more

I needed a book bound that was pretty thick. After I had gone to 2 previous stores, this UPS store was my last resort before I accepted that I wouldn't be able to get the spiral binding. However, I was greeted immediately upon entering and was told it wouldn't be a problem to get what I wanted. Within an hour, I had my 530 page book spiral bound for only $5! I was so happy that they completed my order in a timely manner and had the professional ability to do so! read more

This UPS store is the worst!! I'm not sure if was just the day, but every one in the store seemed to have an attitude and wouldn't help me track my package. I understand they are separate from the UPS drivers but between the two it took me a week to get an important package I paid extra to get express delivery (which should have been delivered to my house in the first place). I was directed to the Kannapolis distribution center, which after driving there realized it was closed and not available for customer pickup when this location had my package the entire time.
