BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT go to this awful place. We live in Highland Creek and since they're close I've tried several times to give them the benefit of the doubt. They ALWAYS try to scam customers with shipping upsells and try to circumvent Amazon returns when instructions clearly say it does not need additional packaging. I will NEVER go there again, and you should do the same. I've found a much better experience at the location by the Concord Mills mall. Just quickly: they will often quote the "cheapest" way to ship as an inflated service. Thank me later.... read more

This UPS Store location is very clean and helpful. I've shipped many packages out of here and Vik does a great job of packing and securing the items. There is rarely a time where I don't buy a box and have them pack it for me in the store - it's pretty convenient that they take care of all of it for you. Surprisingly enough, the store also carries greeting cards for that last minute purchase to put into the package. Good thinking on their part. Other than excellent service, this location has the means of an other UPS stores with copiers and various other services each store can offer. Me & hubby moved from NY and wasn't familiar with any post offices . So we went to this store we we're met by the very attentive and helpful representatives Who are very knowledgeable and effective to offer alternatives for those who need fax,prints and mail services. Especially Josabeth aka Josie who always provides us with top notch customer service . I say that because my husband is one most grumpy people you'll meet but she always seems to make him laugh. This was so appreciated by us because our experiences with customer service previously in North Carolina has not been great. When we go there we know whatever representative is there they will give you the best service they can offer. Even when extremely busy they try to keep the line flowing and not make the wait too long. To be honest I think the longest I waited was 15 minutes and that was because the customer had no clue what they wanted and refused to understand when explained more than 3 times the fees. Im grateful for everyone there because they have patience , congeniality, and are efficient as possible which is hard when customers are always challenging so Bravo guys . You Rock !!! read more

No complaints with costumer service. This review is more about cost. I believe they're a little pricey. Shipped perishables from NC to NJ.. One day delivery would have cost $100, 2 day delivery was $50. My items arrived 55 hours from the time I dropped it off. Keep that in mind when shipping perishables. read more

A few days ago, I tried to set up printing out a manual of about @300 pages online, but received an error message, so I physically went to a different UPS location that I frequent because it is closest to where I live. I won't mention that specific location, in spite of them being very unhelpful and actually kind of condescending (particularly one employee there), because I want to focus on my great experience at this store. Fast forward, I came to this location for assistance because they were the next closest, and I needed the manual for my business. The manager was SUPER helpful. We discussed the various options, and while she was preparing my manual, we struck up a brief conversation, and I learned her name was Josabeth. She was seriously so friendly and professional, and was able to bind my documents together quickly (the other store let me print and pay for my documents before telling me they didn't have the proper equipment available to bind it. Sigh.) I seriously wanted to hug Josabeth, but I decided to write this review instead. The other store employee there was friendly too and greeted me when I entered. Most importantly, I have my manual and the price they charged me to do it was reasonable. Highly recommend this location! read more

Made the mistake of dropping off a package when they were really busy and it ended up costing me $800. I thought the receipt they gave me was good until the person I sent the package to said it didn't arrive. I then looked back at the receipt and all I see is the book of stamps and a box. As if I really would drive out of my way to buy a empty box!!!! I should've known better to trust the manager was going to put the label on and ship it out. I guess it's my fault for not analyzing the receipt to make sure every line item I purchased was on there. I was trying to help them out and not be a burden because they had such a long line of customers. I will also mention that I went in there yesterday to speak to the manager about it and she promised me should would call me back. That never happened and when I called her she said she already looked everywhere and couldn't find it. Well she could've called me back rather than waiting for me to call but as I previously mentioned they don't always do what they say they are going to do.... read more

Two of four current staff members are absolutely terrible. I do not trust them with anything and yes they are very hostile. They have no idea how to behave in their jobs, where they need to greet people and account for all packages. It is so simple yet they make picking up my mail just like pulling teeth! To the owner of this store--Please, do some new hiring, my day does not need to be ruined by picking up my mail! These two are very rude and very, very inaccurate! I pay good money to have a secured mailbox. My old UPS store had the best workers--this is night and day. read more

I would never recommend anyone to this store. I went in to have a package shipped and had to cancel the shipment a few hours later. When I contacted them, she said it was no problem. I went in the next day (less than 24hrs. later) to retrieve my package and the box was destroyed, despite it being taped so tightly it could've been water-proof. I was told when she called the truck to bring the package back that's how it came back. Someone punctured it, cut around the label with box cutters and on the side where the packing tape was also ripped back. The items inside were wrapped and taped in bubble wrap but that was ripped off as well. One of the items was a cell phone (which she knew) and it was removed from the box, as well as the cord which was unraveled. It did appear that the phone was going to be stolen but someone either changed their mind or they were interrupted. I don't know when or what trucks do when they pick up packages from the UPS Stores, but between the store and the truck someone was going to rob me. The whole thing has been very very shady and I suggest if you have to ship with them be very cautious!!!!!!!! read more
