After about 15 minutes with no communication I asked the manager if he could check on my fax. He looked at the machine and told me the line must be busy. Finally about 10 minutes later the fax completed and he went over and got the paper and them came and rang me up. In total I was there about 30 minutes. The original tall guy that started the fax never uttered another word to me. Horrible customer service from these two.

Case in point: A used coffee grinder for $24.99 when it's new for $18.95 on Amazon or $19.98 at Walmart. The clothes have been really stained, hole-filled, torn and ripped lately.
