Went in to get a business document faxed at the Copperfield location in Concord NC. The manager and another guy were working on something and barely acknowledged me when I walked up. I was the only customer at the time. The tall guy finally came over and I told him what I needed and he took the document to the fax machine and put it in. He never said another word to me. Several people came in and he waited on them and was very rude and argumentative to at least two of them. The manager never moved from what he was doing during all of this. After about 15 minutes with no communication I asked the manager if he could check on my fax. He looked at the machine and told me the line must be busy. Finally about 10 minutes later the fax completed and he went over and got the paper and them came and rang me up. In total I was there about 30 minutes. The original tall guy that started the fax never uttered another word to me. Horrible customer service from these two. read more

This place made it really quick and easy to mail back a cell phone to the company. When we entered there was a line. It moved quickly. They took our package. We needed to make a copy of the mailing label. For 20 cents they made us a copy and then sent our package on it's way. They were very nice. They practiced social distancing. The owner is the rudest person I have ever encountered while mailing a package. After having to put my dog to sleep the day before, working and racing 30 minutes to Concord to pick up something to send to my dad that he had to have overnight, she proceeded to lecture me about waiting to the last minute. It was all I could do to get there at all and she does this in front of a store full of people. $85 to overnight a package and get a lecture from her. She is lucky I was already too emotional to tell her what I really thought in front of everyone. One star is extremely generous. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Today I dropped off a return that I wanted a receipt as proof of that return. The young lady who helped me scanned my package, printed a label and laid it on the package, Another employee asked her a question during my return so she walked away without speaking to me to assist her. I waited until she come back to finish up with me. When she returned she said "Oh you are done" and proceeds to hand me the label that she laid on the package. Who does that ? All she had to do is say thank you here you go. How was I to know that was my label? The communication could have been way better. I have been here multiple times and unfortunately more times than not, it is the same lackluster service. read more

WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF POSSIBLE! I would not recommend using this location EVER!!! They packed and shipped a box of figurines to send to me ... which arrived broken. UPS has a pack/ship guarantee if your items arrive broken. It has been THREE MONTHS and I have received nothing but excuses. All communication on this situation has been made by me. NO COMMUNICATION and NO REFUND. I have been patient, but that has gotten me nowhere. I was even told I needed to send someone in with a request letter to pick up my check ... hello? You shipped these to me in Alabama ... I'm not driving to North Carolina!!! Then I was told they needed my address s o could not mail the check. Really? My address is on the label of the box ( which was sent in photos of damages) plus is on all the forms!!! I have been told they were really busy and did not have time to send my check. For THREE months???? I messaged them on August 25th and September 1st, and I still have not received my check as of September 10th. I went to this location last night to return an Amazon order. It was a snowsuit I ordered in the wrong size. Although, my return code said I didn't have to have in the original packaging, I took it in the bag it came in. The woman at the register told me my bag wasn't good enough & I needed to purchase their $3 bag for the label. My bag was sealed by the way & all she had to do was print the label and stick it on as they have many times. She charged me & then stuck the return label ON MY BAG and put it with the other returns. I said I thought you just told me I couldn't use my bag. Why did you charge me? She said we are going to put it in another bag. I highly doubt that is going to happen, when the damn return label was stuck on the bag & it was thrown in the pile.Literally no other location does this. If I could give a lower rating I would. I recently resigned from a job I worked remotely from my home with equipment that was sent to me from the company. This company has a contract with UPS for employees to return equipment, just bring it in and they should handle everything. The wife and husband couple that own this location are so rude! The wife started to help me but got stuck and could not figure it out. Instead of helping me she told me to come back at 8am the next day cause they had a line and it would take her too long to figure it out. There were two other employees working at that time. It was a complete waste of 35 minutes of my time. I left with all my equipment and went to the Afton Village area UPS and they had me in and out in less then 8 minutes and had zero problem. I would not recommend this location for anything. They are not interested in helping you and providing the services they are contracted to provide. Worst customer service ever. She even asked me if that was ok after I stood there in amazement for a second. I was like "well you obviously don't care if it is or is not ok." This store is way too over prices for shipping needs. I had an awful experience with FedEx & now we can add UPS to the list. I guess we will be using USPS for all of our business shipping needs from now on, it shouldn't cost 60+ dollars to ship something small, talk about breaking the bank! read more

They evidently have changed hands. Don't recognize any of the people. They appear to be foreign and I don't think they know the business. We've used them for years with no trouble. Twice now I've tried to return an Amazon purchase. All you have to do is take the item and show them the QR code and they scan it ,put in a container and print slip. They refuse. They do try to upsell you and are too lazy to scan a code and let the printer print you a return slip. I'll never go back there again. Save your energy and go somewhere else. I only give one star star because that's the least I can give. read more

Literally wanted me to buy an entire roll of tape because they said my box was in need of one more piece otherwise they would not insure it.... I went into this UPS store late in the afternoon and it was very busy. But the lady running the store was able to handle everything with speed and efficiency, and was personable and helpful as well! I am pleased with the experience and will go back here again next time I have a package to ship. read more

Terrible customer service, they were extremely rude and they raised their voices at me when I was trying to get help for my damage product, it looked like it got ran over and then they gave me a number to try to call on my phone, had no voicemail or a available agents, I'd recommend driving farther out to a different ups location. read more

I went to the UPS store on Copperfield in the morning to have my college degrees copied for an upcoming interview. I usually do that myself, but the copier I use was down. I gave 6 pcs. to be copied to a young girl. Alas, I didn't check to see if they were done, as a trained monkey could copy papers on a copier. I got to my interview for an Accounting position, my Accounting degree was missing from the photocopies. Then, when I told the owner about it, she defended the employee, saying that I should have checked. I told the owner, that they were the ones I was paying for the job, and that they should have checked. Really disgusted. DON"T go there if you need something done that is really important. Poor customer service, short and snappy answers even though I am kind and nice. I have specific shipping requirements I have to adhere to but I always get passive-aggressive comments regarding these specifications. I believe that the cost of shipping supplies is included in the fee that is paid for shipping with UPS? Basically, if there was a closer location to me, I would never step foot in that store again. UPS SAVES THE DAY!!! This UPS store was great. The service was quick and easy unlike the USPS store I had been to earlier today. I needed to have a document notarized and shipped out and this UPS store fulfilled all my needs in one stop. You even have the option to ship it through standard mail from their store. I never knew that or that they shred documents also. I highly recommend skipping USPS altogether and just going to the UPS store. The friendly employees and no wait was definitely worth the extra drive. read more
