Came here on a Christmas Eve yarn crawl with my in laws and husband while visiting town for…read moreChristmas. Charlotte yarn was a great stop with a great variety of yarns to choose from including local spun and dyed yarns (one of which my mother in law bought for me as part of my Christmas gift!). The service was friendly and I love that they offer knitting classes and do knitting circles! The yarn values range from single digits (like the 100% cotton skeins I purchased) to low 30s (like the skein my mother in law bought me) - I'd say it's a typical range for a yarn store! Overall a great spot!

That time, after reaching out to the business several times, I eventually received the item. In early June I placed an order, received confirmation and my card was charged. Again, no further word nor sign of the item. When I reached out I was offered a refund or the item. I requested the item. More weeks went by, so I reached out again. Days went by before I finally received a terse response that a refund would be issued. It was, over two months after my original order.
