I was the only customer at the time. The tall guy finally came over and I told him what I needed and he took the document to the fax machine and put it in. He never said another word to me. Several people came in and he waited on them and was very rude and argumentative to at least two of them. The manager never moved from what he was doing during all of this. After about 15 minutes with no communication I asked the manager if he could check on my fax. He looked at the machine and told me the line must be busy. Finally about 10 minutes later the fax completed and he went over and got the paper and them came and rang me up. In total I was there about 30 minutes. The original tall guy that started the fax never uttered another word to me. Horrible customer service from these two.
