While at the store, i called customer service and passed the same security checks but I am not secured enough to buy my new tv the point of get this card. I am 3 miles from my house, the billing/mailing address of the my card and where i have lived for 10 years now.... Denied! So capital one makes it easy for me ( cough ) snd offers to email me link (great, I can do you from my phone and in the store) and needs me to return a picture of driver license, front and back... (yeah, yeah) still i can fo that for the store too... then I need to wait 72 hours for a response???? I never been treated so badly by bank. I closed my account and will never use Capital One again. I have rarely have had a company lose my business in just 2 days. Does capital one really give a bunch of new cards without really checking who is truly applying for them?
