This Chem Dry branch is family owned, and everyone in the family is part of the business. They are all EXTREMELY knowledgeable about their services and what they do. This has always impressed me! The Chem Dry process is different from other carpet cleaning services. I did my research on multiple types of carpet cleaning. They use oxygen to remove stains and dirt. The process is more green and more effective! They came out today because I had an emergency (large) red wine spill on my wool rug!
