Hi Everyone, Have you ever purchased an appliance from a retailer (HomeDeport.com, Costco.com, Lowes.com, or a local Appliance store? Do you remember that sinking feeling in your stomach on your delivery date hoping that everything is going to go well so you can simply use your new appliance? Well today, we did not have a smooth delivery of our LG appliance, and in fact, our refrigerator was damaged. However, we had a fantastic team of dedicated delivery professionals (i.e. Willie and Edwin) that made our delivery proceed extremely well as we all worked together through our challenges with LG.com, RXO Logistics in Charlotte, NC and our terrific delivery team of Willie and Edwin from a third-party shipper in Savannah, GA hired by RXO Logistics in Charlotte, NC, [[HIGHLIGHT]]Willie and Edwin from this third party delivery company from Savannah, GA hired by RXO LOGISTICS to delivered our LG.com model LG LRFXS3016S 31 cu ft. refrigerator under LG.com today, August 8, 2025 arrived at about 12:05 PM and both were polite, patient, extremely professional, and a real pleasure to deal with[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] because Willie, 1. Pointed out to me that there was damage on the very bottom left side of my NewLG refrigerator as you look at our new LG refrigerator from the front. 2. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Edwin and Willie were proactive in trying to manage and minimize our concerns by calling RXO logistics for us to ensure that we took the correct steps in settling this damage issue with LG.com the manufacturer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 3. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were extremely patient in allowing me to call LG.com Support department and speak with Aya, LG.com Customer Support Representative, who also did a very good job in resolving our issue with the damage to our new LG refrigerator.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Willie and Edwin in fact, both waited while LG.com (I.e. Aya), and I negotiated a settlement concerning dent in our new refrigertor which my wife, and I really appreciated as we realize that it only made their day longer inour Carolina Summer heat. 4. Once we settled and agreed with LG.com's offer, Willie and Edwin both then continued their outstanding customer service by first removing our old refrigerator, and then completed installing our new LG refrigerator at about 2:00 PM. That's right, Folks! Willie and Edwin went above and beyond in waiting for a little over 45 minutes to make sure we were happy first with our new refrigerator, and then they both installed or new refrigertor. Both of you gentlemen are simply the best delivery team we have ever experienced in lives together in our ordering, over 30 different appliances in the last 45 years! And we have had some outstanding delivery teams! We feel, RXO Logistics is extremely smart, and I assume, based on our experience, a very well managed company in choosing Willie and Edwin to do their deliveries from their third-party delivery company Savannah GA because the both want to ensure their delivery customers are pleased. We want to thank Willie and Edwin, and RXO Logistics both for doing such a fantastic job in delivering our new LG refrigerator. Bing, Bang, Boom! They are both, without a doubt committed disciples of the hang in there, and "get er done", delivery approach. We have had to use them multiple times from fridge and dishwasher to today when Samsung had them deliver our washing machine and dryer. They have always been on time if not early then they expected. Today they even had to remove our old washer and dryer and installed new ones and going up and down our stairs didn't even come close to hitting the walls. They are for the most part friendly and very quick. They run a test run and make sure it's up and running. Great appreciate there work. read more

I will never order anything from a company that uses RXO. My order was supposed to be delivered last Thursday 9/26. It never left the warehouse and I was given no reason other than it should have been delivered but we don't know we what happened. [[HIGHLIGHT]]No one reached out to me until I sent an email. Poor customer service, no communication.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have two bad knees having to sleep on the floor is painful. If could give a no star rating I would. RXO has sent subcontractors to my home three times and the last two times were so atrocious that Lowes had to come to my house an additional three times to correct all of their mistakes. Unfortunately, I was injured the last time RXO came out and have been in excruciating pain ever since and as long as I do not contact an attorney, RXO does not care. My second delivery of the three was on Saturday, 22 July. I received multiple calls throughout the day. No messages were ever left so I had no way of knowing this was the delivery crew. On Sunday, 23 July, I began my busiest day of laundry. Approximately halfway through my laundry, the water drain hose, which was neither zip tied to the nearest water line nor did it have an elbow installed, came flying out of the wall and soaked my floor so much that it took me four hours to clean it Delivery #3 was on 08/04/2023. When they got the washer inside, it wobbled like a teeter totter and they didn't want to level it. They wanted to set the dryer on top of the washer and not secure it. There were several vital pieces that were referenced in the video that were discarded. They didn't run a test cycle on either to make sure they worked. According to the manual, there are several things that should have been done before I attempted to wash a load of laundry. When the washer began to sound like a freight train coming through my house I got up to see what was going on and just barely caught the dryer from falling off the washer. It fell on me and I had to push it back up onto the washer. I ended up having to hold it up through two very rough spin cycles where the washer moved all over my laundry room and my hallway, three inches in every direction. As a result of all of this, I hurt my back and neck. I guess I should have let it fall, break, and cause massive destruction to my house because those results would have been taken seriously. FREE now has a brand-new meaning for me. You get what you pay for with this company. I haven't heard from RXO since August 2023. read more

Just received delivery and installation of new washer and dryer. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The crew was Mark and John. Both guys were very pleasant and polite.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They were very careful moving our old machines out to the garage and moving in the new ones - watching out for walls, etc. They took care to cushion the appliances (old and new) while on the dolly being moved. Even though they were being careful, they also were quite efficient. They had everything moved and set up in no time at all. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also appreciate that they called in advance to let me know they were close.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That gave me a chance to prepare - move things, put dogs away, etc. I'm very happy with how the delivery went. Night and day. When we finally spoke with the head of the Charlotte devision, we found out that the crew that had installed my first treadmill had been let go because ours was not the only delivery that had gone terribly wrong. And I'm so thrilled that RXO made it right. I now have a new machine that was expertly installed by a very nice expert crew. Nelson was shocked at the condition of the original machine and was happy I never had an opportunity to run on it because it would have fallen apart. They installed it correctly, made sure it all worked properly and they were super friendly. I want to thank the crew and everyone who helped us out. And I now feel confident in recommending RXO to anyone who needs this service. These guys delivered and removed a large and heavy refrigerator and also a stove. They were able to install them quickly and even contacted customer service for us because the refrigerator came from the manufacturer with a small scratch. When they left after a short visit the stove and refrigerator were level and ready to go. This is a good service for delivering large appliances. read more

Samsung Buyers BEWARE- they Did not deliver ,install, or haul away my old fridge as promised. The company could not tell me where my delivery drivers were during my scheduled delivery time. When I got a survey for how they did and no one showed up, I called RXO very upset and they said sorry we can't help you because we closed out your order and it has been fulfilled. I have had to file a police report because the company told Samsung my order was already fulfilled although I have no fridge.I have been robbed of my money and my fridge. What a hassle. read more
