I would give a 0 if there was an option. I own a gym and bought a piece of equipment 800 lbs. the delivery price was not to bad. The piece was 15 miles from delivery point. I followed the tracking 15 miles the other way to hickory. Then the next day to Charlotte when the piece arrived it was on a 10 foot pallet. The heavy end near the back of the trailer. The driver could not turn the piece around in the truck to get it off. THEY LOADED IT ON THE TRUCK BACKWARDS. I was told that it we cannot get it Off and they had to take it back and re load it on the truck that they would charge me a re delivery fee. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS LOADED WRONG. I had to go home and get a skill saw to cut the pallet down to turn it around. It took an hour and a half to get it off of the truck. Should have taken 15 minutes. I say they owe me $60 for my labor to get it off of the truck. The driver who was patient, and worked hard to fix this said this was normal for them and he had to raise cane about the way the trucks were loaded all of the time. If you have a choice. When Edward picked up my packed the timeframe was 9AM - 11AM. I took the day off for this because I have to sign for it. Edward just said forget it and didn't deliver at all not even an attempt. Stop driving packages around all day and you aren't not capable of delivering. This happens way too often and FedEx just keep pushing back the SCHEDULED Delivery Date. Goofy. UPS won't bring your package early but at least they will never be late. This is sad. Could've had my item this morning if he had just left it alone.

They do a great job at simplifying the procedure so you can self-serve. If you just want something printed and you're paying via card, you don't need to even stop at the checkout! They can print you a receipt and email it to you. Color me impressed, but not so much with much else. Read on. The space is in a very congested area of Charlotte, and parking is not optimal. Also, comparing their print quality and prices to Post Net, they pale in both area.
