    TSA Pre Check is a gift from above! Customer service was great. You apply online and make your appointment, and then bring your ( passport, drivers license, and credit card) documents. You get fingerprinted, take a photo, and pay a fee of $78. Process is good for 5 years. Processing time is 5 days minimum and up to 60 days maximum based on workload. TSA emails you a receipt, and you can check the enrollment process online. Took w0 minutes to apply online and then 10 minutes in the store. No more taking off shoes or jackets! Winning! If you travel internationally, it's worth using TSA Pre check to expedite your departure. You get a known traveler number, and when booking a flight, enter that number. Your boarding pass will then say TSA Pre Check, and off you go

    The worst experience received for TSA pre check. I had an appointment came to my appointment and no one was there. They told me to come back during business hours and I can walk in. I walked in today and the lady at the desk stated she is only taking walk-in's from 9am-12:00. Interesting, she took 2 ladies before me as a walk-in. However, you stated you only take walk in from 9-12. Please held everyone to this standard if this is the policy and if no one was at the desk to take my appointment I should be able to reschedule my appointment the next day. This is ridiculous and this should not be a service at staples if you can't accommodate and have the same policy for all customers. Don't come here for TSA precheck if you have an appointment or not. They have different procedures for different people.

    Zero stars general manager Sean Smith and his associate Kim Sanders, not Quinn as others have posted, repeated their cycle of refusing to do their jobs and provide the tsa precheck service as posted on the website tsa.gov as well as their own staples.com website. Both websites very clearly state walking are welcome at various times throughout the day including from 3:30 pm to 5 pm. Shortly before 5 Kim has decided she will make her own hours and in her own words "now I'm not doing your application at all". Sean stated "we're consistent" in refusing service and refusing to abide by the hours of service that are posted on theirs and the tsa website. I implore you all to email their general manager lindsey.Gatling@staples.com to express just how often this duo is refusing service. Please please email their district manager to let them know what terrible customer service is going on at this location. The discriminatory practice that is happening at this location is shameful.

I'll be returning (hopefully no time soon) if I need help in the future. He saved me from having to purchase another phone, which I wasn't ready to do yet. While the device initially seemed fine, issues began appearing about a month later -- the display looked off, touch sensitivity was inconsistent, and soon after, the phone started overheating near the bottom of the screen. We returned the device under warranty, but the store claimed the problems weren't related to their repair and refused to replace the screen or offer any real solution. The device eventually became unusable due to the overheating -- essentially ruined. I contacted Asurion, who handles the warranty support, and was told by a case manager that a full refund would be issued due to the damage caused. After a single follow-up call in late March, I never heard from them again. I wasn't given a case number, direct line, or any way to follow up. Despite submitting multiple new support requests, I've still received no response. They even began ghosting my emails entirely. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. A company should stand by its work and honor its word. Instead, I was ghosted after being promised a refund. I would not recommend using this service to anyone.
