The device eventually became unusable due to the overheating -- essentially ruined. I contacted Asurion, who handles the warranty support, and was told by a case manager that a full refund would be issued due to the damage caused. After a single follow-up call in late March, I never heard from them again. I wasn't given a case number, direct line, or any way to follow up. Despite submitting multiple new support requests, I've still received no response. They even began ghosting my emails entirely. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. A company should stand by its work and honor its word. Instead, I was ghosted after being promised a refund. I would not recommend using this service to anyone.
