They gave me honest, straightforward pricing over the phone with different repair options based on my preferences. The repair took about 40 minutes, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them over any other phone repair shop in Charlotte if you're looking for quality service and a great customer experience. Didn't feel judged, and they were honest with me about the situation (small scratch on camera itself, cost, recommendation, etc). The primary drawback to this place was parking. I got lucky with a spot, but it's south end, so you take your chances. I went to another spot first, which ended up needing phone insurance to be worthwhile, which I didn't have. This spot was about 1/3 the price that I was quoted. The fix was something I didn't want to delay and while I hope not to need them again, I'd absolutely come back if in a pickle and recommend to others.

I was happy to see that they were open on Saturday when other shops weren't, especially with an impending ice storm approaching. I really needed my phone repaired ASAP. Sure enough, I was greeted with excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. Freddie assisted me with my phone. He was very knowledgeable & said that he would be right back in about 5 minutes. I couldn't believe that in roughly about that time, I was paying for my repaired iPhone. Initially I couldn't remember my password to get back into my iCloud account. He offered options to help restore it. Thankfully, I remembered once I got home. I was able to use my phone again & charge it up just in case I lost power during the ice storm. I'm so grateful to Freddie for walking me through the process effortlessly. I'll be returning (hopefully no time soon) if I need help in the future. He saved me from having to purchase another phone, which I wasn't ready to do yet. I'll definitely recommend this location to others who have problems with their devices.

This place had the best price and the guy Ivan seemed pretty knowledgeable so I decided to get it done here. This place is in a strip mall right next to Krispy Kreme (dangerously tempting) on Celanease Rd. Even though 2 weeks had passed, he still remembered our phone conversation. Service was extremely quick ! I dropped it off, paid in advance for the part/repair ($100), and he received the part the next day and called to let me know it was ready. I told him I would be there the next day and asked if he had a charger for a Samsung J3. He said he could order one ($10) and it would be there the following day. I called the next afternoon and he said the charger had arrived so I was good to go. I arrived, paid for the new charger, and he showed me where my old screen had short circuited. My tablet looked great and Ivan was very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this place if you need a repair.
