I had already done my part and followed the instructions given to me, so I just needed them to do theirs. Instead, I felt like I was being second-guessed for no reason. The package was prepared a certain way for a reason, and the extra questioning was unnecessary--it just threw me off. I stopped by on 3/29/25 around 1 PM, and while nothing went terribly wrong, the experience could have been smoother if they had just processed the package without all the back-and-forth. Would I come back? Sure, if I had to. But I'd hope for a quicker, more straightforward interaction next time.

I run a small business and ship all my items with stamps to save shipping costs. Both times all I needed were stamps and both times the employees were so snarky to me for no reason. I asked if they could weigh the envelope and let me know if it was too heavy for one stamp to which the lady behind the counter thought it was a good idea to just bend the envelope completely?? She snarled something about it needing a special stamp. A few people have told me before that because the envelopes aren't completely flat, they would recommend a special stamp, but I haven't run into any issues shipping the way I do. I repeated my original question about the weight and she just handed the envelope back to me without weighing it. So yeah i'm not coming back here again! I like the convenience of this post office. It is "no frills" and very small but gets the job done…read more It is right in Uptown Charlotte near Amelie's and the Charlotte Convention Center. You would never know it is there, though. It is on the lower level of the Two Wells Fargo building and towards the back. If coming from S. College, you can enter near Amelie's and walk right and back. If you are inside Two Wells Fargo you can take the escalators down to the lower level and it'll be behind you/past the escalators to the back. It is CASH only. I've always dealt with two guys there, one very friendly (heavier set fellow) and one not friendly in the least (skinnier dude); he's kind of obnoxious actually, and I am in a huff after every exchange. But, I still go because it is a super convenient location.
