My experience at this USPS location was okay overall. I went in to ship a drug test to a lab, and while they did explain how to do it, the employee handling my package questioned me about whether I was sure I was following the correct process. I had already done my part and followed the instructions given to me, so I just needed them to do theirs. Instead, I felt like I was being second-guessed for no reason. The package was prepared a certain way for a reason, and the extra questioning was unnecessary--it just threw me off. I stopped by on 3/29/25 around 1 PM, and while nothing went terribly wrong, the experience could have been smoother if they had just processed the package without all the back-and-forth. Would I come back? Sure, if I had to. But I'd hope for a quicker, more straightforward interaction next time. read more

Horrible service , this bald headed lady with long lashes quit literally was refusing to give me my package that my marine boyfriend had sent to me , I tried to give multiple ways to prove the package was mine and was met with the nastiest response and attitude. After embarrassing me in a line full of people. Don't come here and if you do be ready to be met with the worst customer service known to man. They all hate their jobs and it's apparent. read more

Hooray for a post office that has later hours, this one is currently open on Saturdays from 9 until 3, which made it possible for me to send off an important package. Sure, there's a brief wait and sure, there's no automated postage vending kiosk. Granted I've had my share of problems with packages not being put in my box, but this time it was getting frustrating and Marquis really came to the rescue. If I could give 0 stars I would. Since October I have been running a business where I ship packages 3-4 times a week. I started scheduling packages for pickup (due to being without a car). More likely than not, my packages are not picked up. I put the red flag up on my mailbox and have even put a note inside the box. It is the most infuriating experience! I should not have to wait by my door to make sure my package is picked up. I call whenever this happens, send emails.... nothing. Just a call that says we'll talk to the carrier. I went to ship a small package international, it was an iPhone 11 used to my cousin abrías . The last was helpful but yet not knowledgeable . Made filled a form and asked me if it has a battery which I said yes it did , like other phones do and everybody in a plane carry one as you may know all this crap since 911 and still fly all over. I finally receive phone back yesterday after I paid $74.25 for expedited service for less than 4 ounces , telling me it has lithium battery and first not meet requirements ti be ship , so why she didn't tell me that ? But yet took my money , phone never left country am I entitle my money back ? Probably not . I can't even get through on the phone to talk to someone , si I'm suppose to eat it because of their incompetence? This is highway robbery and as a former postal employee I'm ashamed that they do this to people on this economy.retired thank god and I don't miss working for them . Several people working and walking by, you can head them in the back. Which is understandable but the front desk workers are always, always, always alone. They need assistance if it's available. It consistently leads to lines out the door. read more

One postal worker working again today. There were 6 people in line and never requested additional help. Took 15 mins to ship one $19 flat rate box. I want to support the USPS but they are making it impossible. I'll be using ups or fedex from now on. Also... a letter has been sitting in my mailbox for 3 days now. I had to go here this morning to inquire about my mail box. I tried calling a few times before I came but no one picked up which I understand because they are very busy with face to face customers. Location isn't as far from where I live as I thought it was. When I got there I parked in the employee side (sorry!) because apparently when I'm in a panic I don't read signs. There was a bit of a wait but not long, the line behind me got long so I'm glad I got there around 10:30. I'm sure it gets even busier on a weekdays. I was greeted warmly by the postal worker and she was able to explain to me what my next steps should be. Very nice and convenient location. read more

I would rate it lower if there was an option! Whenever I need to go to the postoffice anymore, I drive to a different one, but when I need to have my mail held, I do not have a choice! Aaaargh! I indicated that I would pick up my accumulated mail, stood in line FOREVER, and then was told I had no mail there. My delivery driver must have it on her truck. My mail person went by hours ago and did not deliver anything!!! This place is awful!!! As I left, without my mail, the line was probably 25 people deep. read more

The worst USPS in the history of USPS. My mail is always being sent to the wrong person. My mail has been lost. I have been lied to about the reason my package had not been delivered. Worst of all my packages have been left on top of my mail box or rubber banned to my mailbox. The laziest mail carriers in the world. I have contacted Them multiple times about this and was told that these issues will be corrected. They never are! read more

Overall great experience. Yvonne is very helpful and went out of way to make sure my packages were correct. Had 16 packages and I wanted them all scanned in. Normally postal workers just want you to drop off and not get a receipt but She took her time and scanned them all in. Thank you read more

I called this PO numerous times from January 3rd thru January 18th (Tracking #LS362543889CN). Called from January 19 thru February 15 -- the line was busy or no one answered. I had a package sent to someone in Charlotte and in error, I entered the city it was being sent to as Winston Salem instead of Charlotte, but I had the correct Charlotte address on the package. Several times tracking showed it was out for delivery but later it would show undeliverable. It was sent to Greensboro and when I called Greensboro I was told it was sent back to Charlotte. On January 13th tracking showed it arrived back in Charlotte and undeliverable was changed (forgot what it said) . Then there was no activity until Jan 29th. Then in February it showed undeliverable again. I contacted the sender on Feb 13th and was advised to get a NON-received package certificate from the PO so I could get a refund but haven't been able to reach anyone..line is either busy or no answer. I with the same two people several times. They were both very friendly and sounded helpful but I never got any results or promised callbacks. This ordeal was extremely frustrating. What's the point of a tracking number if you never really know where the package is. I guess I'll consider this a loss. read more
