Their entrance is open that no limit of customers lining up. No lunch break close. Normal working hours easy to follow. After not even a wait, they kept telling us sorry for us to wait. They were working fast. Especially a lady Anna, of course I remember her as she has my same name. She is super friendly and always wears a sweet smile. How can customers get mad for waiting. She snarled something about it needing a special stamp. Then Saturday is now 11:30 am. Update of their service hours, taken today. There were other older customers in front and behind. Climbing up those steps to see it was closed.
